    By Christ, Robbie Savage doesn’t half talk some shit.
    He keeps going on about the three forward subs Club Brugge have made like they were the stupidest subs ever. But he hasn’t considered that, maybe, the three that were on before have pressed and run so hard that they’re almost certainly out of gas. It’s not fucking rocket science.

    I like that there’s a bracket with paths mostly determined. Bit like a World Cup or a tennis Grand Slam.

    Celtic are screwed and so i would expect are City too if they don't buy a DM in the next 5 days.

    That's fine, but the weird pairing thing. Group stage isn't fair either, celtic got both of the whipping boys.

    When I last checked the score, it was 2-1 to City. A disaster to then lose 3-2, but great teams like Real and Charlton find ways of winning games.

    In the space of 15 minutes, Lookman (on as a half time sub) has scored, had a goal disallowed and then missed a penalty.

    Not a fan of Celtic but felt for them. That was heartbreaking for them, Bayern through.

    Couldn't have been worked out any better. Give them all the hope and then have it snatched away right at the death. 

    They did play well to be fair, but in the end Bayern's relentless pressure was just too much.

    Some very good potential ties there.
    A nasty draw for Liverpool or Barca given they finished top 2 in the group.
    Could also get a Madrid derby and Germany's top 2 sides facing off.
    Would fancy both Arsenal and Villa to progress whoever they draw.
