1,000 down to darkest Devon in mid-November is a mighty high number on our Away Support XG chart
The number has probably boosted by the glory boys, the last 3 games have seen us score 2, 3 and 4 goals so it’s obviously nailed on for us to score 5 in this one. For the same reason I’m tempted to go along on Tuesday to see us put 6 past Bromley but might hold back for the 7 against Posh…
There must also be a fair few addicks in Devon and Cornwall - the Bristol Rovers game was a Tues night and then next closest is Birmingham!
No Plymouth match, so we have to grab those we can. Of course Bristol is the same distance from us in North Devon than it is from London, so not really that close. The Devon clubs are the nearest and almost the same distance as Brighton would be from Charlton. Now, if only Bideford were in the same league as Charlton.

Few of us on the 10.03 from Paddington. Where's everyone going for a beer down there?
I have a table seat reserved on that one, for the avoidance of doubt and clarity, anyone found in my seats and refusing to move when politely asked to do so will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently, violence may also play a part 😎😜🔴⚪️
I think that's home only 🤔 Speaking to a landlord of another boozer last night and he said apart from the town centre (spoons etc) there's Ann Wells and the club house which is away friendly.
Bowling Green is away friendly. Ann’s tavern is grim but close to away end. Club house at the ground is great. Black horse is close to central station & 10min walk to ground.
Anyone going to st David's looking for a pub. Go out of the station and go up an alley next to premier inn. At the top of a small hill is a spoons called the imperial. Looks impressive

15 minute walk into the town centre.
That's an amazing building.
There's another nice Spoons in town, in a converted chapel, George's Meeting House
Luckily got the 17.17 back from St Davids, I missed ET. Got home at 20.00 still had to catch another train and bus.
What amazed me was that the train (Penzance to Paddington) was quite empty considering the time of day and getting to the city at 19.30.
Got there as the 17:17 pulled in as we got a taxi directly outside the ground, but we had advance tickets so had to wait for the 17:53 as didn’t want to risk a fine, the 17:53 was equally quieter than I expected

I was trying to book on that train but the website kept crashing and wouldn't take my payment. So I just took pot luck. Equally the train down (08.29 from Reading) was quiet too.

Give it time.
