If it gives you a flutter of joy when you hold it, keep. If not, charity shop it.
This is the principle of decluttering i am reading currently by a japanese guru on the subject. Thing is i don't think they do second hand or recycling so everything that doesn't provoke joy is chucked out with the rubbish (tbd).
The Japanese have a system called Sodai Gomi when, once a month you can put items like furniture or other large items out on the roadside for collection, either officially or by anyone who wants it. You have to buy a Sodai Gomi sticker from your local supermarket or convenience store.

Lovely idea, but my next door neighbor is a Millwall fan, I think putting a Charlton mug out the front of my house, would be like a red rag to a bull.

When i lived in Tokyo you could find some fab stuff in the rubbish. Picked up a useable stereo, a TV and a fax machine (showing my age).
I do like the cereal bowl. Where did you get it and are they still available?
Honestly can’t be sure as it was a present. I’ve had it about 20 years, so could well have come from the club shop in the Premiership days. Don’t think it’s available now. 🤔
