Kin ell, I only popped into this thread to see how the kid was, I see it’s taken a usual Charlton Life detour
    Accelerated by a certain poster.
Did you actually read the piece about Kevin Fong's testimony at the Covid Inquiry when you lol'd my post? Many in the courtroom were in tears and Baroness Hallett has frequently referred to him since. How anyone can find his testimony funny is beyond me. It should be required listening to anyone who thinks Covid is inconsequential and even a hoax

The evidence that a Covid infection can cause heart attacks, strokes and much more has been known about for years now. I had chest pains last year and was referred to a cardiac clinic, fortunately all was well, however the very first question I was asked was 'have you had Covid?' I also joined the Our Future Health programme and one of the questions was have you ever had Covid', not have you ever had flu.

With regard to athletes it wasn't long ago that Noah Lyles had to be put in a wheelchair, after he ran the 200m in the Olympics, whilst suffering from Covid. Adam Peaty said that he had suffered the worst week of his life when he competed with Covid at the sane Olympics.

    Zzzzzzz
Your usual contribution to a serious subject.

You need to make some contributions to the football, sadly lacking.
PS, I'm fully aware of the serious subject, paticularly after suffering a heart attack myself.  What I cannot take seriously is you and your usual rubbish.

The problem we have is that so many people are being infected multiple times, as we have no mitigations in place to stop the spread. In the UK we also vaccinate far fewer people than other countries. Most people under 50 haven't been vaccinated for over 2 years unless they are in the vulnerable category.

It is also believed that the likelihood of suffering from Long Covid grows with successive infections.

If you think I'm posting rubbish, then please provide your evidence against it, all I seem to get from you is puerile comments. I have read extensively on the subject, as it is something that has interested me since the earliest days, when a friend chronicled her battle with Covid.

I didn't think it was mandatory to post on other threads. After many happy years watching Charlton, my circumstances make it difficult to continue watching, it doesn't mean that I am not interested in what others have to say.
