We are going to lose sometime & if we do it would be better to lose tonight rather than against Stockport.
Keillor-Dunn has scored in the last couple of games for them & got a wordly against us up at their place.
1-2.
To be fair, it only happened two games ago; Stockport worries me more as its away and we've not won four on the trot in a long time, so would rather we get a win tonight, and then go to Stockport with at least a draw, we've still got a game in hand (next Tuesday at Crawley) to come.
We have the technology to assess energy levels and I'm sure that will dictate the side. The way we have been playing and winning helps keep them up and the fact is we had midweek off last week. Are there any knocks? Some say they saw TC limping at the end on Saturday but that may or may not be an issue tonight.

Looking at her recently posted training video, I think it's safe to say Tracey Leaburn isn't likely to feature any time soon.
I thought tonight was our game in hand on the teams above us but I've just checked the schedule and everyone is playing. Interestingly Huddersfield have got Wrexham and Bolton are at home to Brum, teams around us will continue to drop points. A win for us tonight and Hudds getting a result against Wrexham would make things incredibly interesting towards the top. Let's see what happens, I feel nervous already

I see your logic Golfie and that's why I'm going for 1-1 tonight because if Barnsley the team with the most away wins get another 3 points they will be right up our dirt box. I know the moaners will surface again but with the added time unexpected win (I did tip 2-1 to cafc but not as confident after 91 mins 😄) it's more of a not lose that a must win. The positivity at Orient as shown by the speedy throw in by Godden at 1-1 was brilliant to see.
I will still be gutted if we don't win but no card for Coventry and no injuries; then get a positive result at Stockport will see cafc still in a good position for this business end of the season.
If you are in the minority who believe we can make top 2 then obviously it's a must win.

11th March is the date for game in hand. We have Crawley.
Other games of interest will be Bristol v Bolton and Reading v Wrexham.

Another tough game, but one I would expect us to win.
Gilbert has made himself essential, BUT is it as a starter or a finisher?
For now, I see him as remaining on the bench. Might seem harsh after recent goal contributions, but until we know Gilbert can do 80 minutes plus (maybe he can already, will have to wait and see), I'd prefer him coming on later as per the weekend. Teams are then tired and more likely to make mistakes as Orient keeper did (not taking anything away from Gilbert's superb deliveries).
I don't think whether Gilbert starts is about if he can last the pace, its more about not wanting to disrupt a winning formula at this important moment.
The way TC pulled up and held his hammy just before our second I doubt he plays or even makes the bench. That worries me as he is such a big part of our game.. who comes in...? Kanu maybe?
I’d rather slightly adjust how we play and put Leaburn up front with Godden if TC isn’t able to play. I think that’s a stronger team than asking Kanu to do what TC does to a much lower level
I’d rather we persisted with what has caused our upturn - a bit of pace in wide areas to put teams on the back foot; not to smash it up to a big lad, which wasn’t working .
For me gilbert still comes off the bench, we have seen what he does against teams that are tired. Could he do that from the start ? possibly but right now its too much of a gamble and what we are doing is working.
For tonight i think we squeeze a 1-0 win, goal coming after 70 mins.
Also will be in fans zone again having a beer, feel free to approach me respectfully and ask for handshake or if you wish to ask me a question.
Maybe after the Lord mayor's show after the climax in added time at Orient. Anyone seeing CL favourite word on the streets of the city at clearing up time after the horses have left will concur with that.
Barnsley win and their right back in the hunt for top six. I personally feel a draw wouldn't be the end of the world; for those of you who believe we can finish top 2 it may well put that dream to bed but 5th or 6th and handling the odd injury that will incur before the end of the season to key players will surely halt the momentum and charge up the League. It will be an amazing improvement in results from November if we finish 5th or 6th.
I will go 1-1 against Barnsley who are a fine away side, just like we are a fine home side since early December.
My mantra is it's just as important the 11 at the business end of Matches than the beginning so Nathan, the analysts and Doctor Abbott have some some big discussions on who will be at their optimum fitness with the 3 games a week in March.
Anyone else at The Valley in mid 80s when we went 0-3,down and won 5-3? I was a student and had friends from Barnsley in the away end. Could see them jumping up and down when they scored then it all turned round and got even better when their striker got sent off. Nearly all the goals in front of the Covered End?
I was there. Not the first time I’d seen us come back from 3-0 down and not the last time either though definitely the first I can recall us coming back from 3-0 down and winning. Off hand, I can’t recall whether we’ve repeated winning from that position since.
0-3 v the scum and came back to 3-3, the promotion season at the supermarket.

They are very slow at the back according to my Barnsley mate. Their wingbacks fail to get back effectively, so if true, i can see Kanu getting a game and us finding him early. They have Luca Connell back from suspension and he is expected to sit in front of their back line. If TC is out then Small may come in for some rough attention to subdue him; I would hope not but may depend on how mean the Barnsley manager is feeling.
just drove past Conor Hourihane and a couple of other tracksuited members near the bridge over the A2 at Bexley. they must be in the marriott if anyone can get some laxatives put into their pre-match drinks
If we can learn to cross from open play and get our finishing boots on I can see us winning comfortably. Doc for Anderson (harsh on him) and Gilbert for Berry (not so harsh) is what I would do but I doubt Jones will make two changes unless someone is knackered and needs a rest (TC maybe?).
Are we all just worried about tonight because after all it’s what we do as in lose at home after such a great result away ? I really don’t think jones will allow any kind off drop off this evening and against all of the evidence from previous years I think we will get the 3 points
One good thing about tonight's opponents is that they aren't the sort of team that looks easy to beat on paper, where the players might mentally drop a level.
Barnsley aren't a Burton or a Shrewsbury, where complacency might set in.
They have a very good pairing up front. That worries me a bit and Humphrys is ALWAYS a pain in the arse.
Elsewhere I am not too concerned with them so would hope we get a 2-1 win
Concerned about TC who looked absolutely spent at the weekend Ramsay had a poor game apart from the goal We have been absolutely slying with pretty much the same starting team but it might be time to freshen up for the run-in. I'll leave it up to Nathan to decide
Really hoping for a win tonight but with a Barnsley team on a winning roll it might be tricky. 4 points from the nexr 2 games would be amazing. Can we do it? Maybe, 1-1 tonight.

A good wing back who scored Saturday.
