If you can’t be motivated to buy a Season Ticket this year after this summer and promotion (and have the money and health to attend) then I am not sure why you bother to follow the club to be honest!
some people have a more casual interst in the club and go to a few games a season or whatever. Not everyone is a hardcore fan.
Spoke to a couple of fans in the pub the other day. Both go to every home game they can but one’s a chef and the other a postie - both have too many Saturday shifts to buy ST.
Seems to be a few people that have only just bought their season tickets. If that pattern has been repeated across the fanbase then sales will have moved on from the 10.5k last announced by the club 3 or 4 weeks ago (?) and the 11k somebody on here said they’d heard it had reached a couple of weeks ago. If that was the case you would have thought the club would be shouting it out to encourage any waverers to jump in and buy one before the season starts
Just received mine, on my visit to the ticket office yesterday, to purchase Stevenage cup tickets, i asked the person serving me when to worry if not received ticket & was told to contact ticket office if not received by next Wednesday 6th August.

This is not meant as a criticism of the ticket office because they are just a cog in the structure but this is looking like it could turn into a shit show if you consider they will probably have had to send out less season tickets this year if a percentage of fans did take the digital version instead. It won’t take too many ‘not had my ST’ calls later next week to grind the TO to a halt when they will probably also be inundated with match day ticket sales for Watford, Stevenage and Bristol City.
Then you start getting into it in a big time, QPR away tickets and Leicester at home a week later with the possibility that if we actually beat Stevenage we could have a home draw against a side that could fill the Valley. A nice new probem to have but that would probably put the kibosh on putting tickets for Millwall at home on sale earlier than 2 weeks before the match…Anybody who still thinks not having a season ticket after that flurry will probably be in the minority I suspect.
The sooner we get a CEO in to keep everyone on their toes the better.

If they have sufficient bodies in the ticket office, they are doing what they are paid for. However, if they are short staffed they have my sympathy.

Agreed. Will be a serious stress test next week if the third party distributor fails in their distribution. Calamity on and off the pitch awaits especially if we lose to Southend tomorrow. The right time to panic feels like it could be imminent.
If you ordered your STs back in April/May and have received some or all, were they delivered by Royal Mail and if so, 1st or 2nd class ?
Delivered by Royal Mail, but with a printed stamp without any indication of any class, with a company named The Delivery Group printed next to 'stamp' https://thedeliverygroup.co.uk/
Now got all four of ours all arrived on different days I paid for them all at the same time all to the same address and all were linked last season so as straight renewals seems an uneconomical way of delivering them but at least we have them all now
Renewed early, nothing delivered yet :-( Away from home most of next week so I’m hoping, if not turned up over the weekend, I can get a code to download as I really don’t want to queue up early doors Saturday to get a replacement from the ticket office

however no sign of them yet.
I am told that Nathan will divert the team coach to Billericay on Saturday and deliver them in person whilst on the way to Southend for the friendly.

Dreading maybe having to collect on a 12.30 KO
