If u have s digital ticket, how do u pass it on to somebody if u can’t attend ? Photo it and send ??
There's a 'forward' symbol which then allows you to share it via Whatsapp etc I assume the other person would then need to share it back with you afterwards.
Yes I've noticed you can select the game and 'Forward', however it appears to be greyed out.
I can't attend the Leicester game as I'll be away and don't want to share the 'Digital' version with a friend of a friend.
A friend renewed at the ticket office today and the girl serving him claimed we've now sold 12,000.
If we have sold around 1500 season tickets since the clubs announcement 7 days ago, then fair play
But I doubt it
Must admit, I’m not convinced that has happened though we have dropped into the next calendar month / July and it’s likely there will have been fans holding off / budgeting purchasing their ST until now. Time it right with their credit card and that could push payment out to after the season has actually started. Obviously, if ST sales have gone past the 12k mark then you would have thought the comms team would have made a big thing about it to encourage others to jump on board as well.
There's also another pay day before the first game - if finances are tight then no financial reason to buy a ST before the beginning of August.

That’s another trigger date for sales (I assume) but as football fans I suspect we all have our set timeframes of when we like to buy/renew and I would guess that July for a beginning of the season at the start of August (whether that is actually when it starts ir not) is one of them.
Mine used to be after the last game (probably because they weren’t available to buy before then) but over the years moved forward with the discount/deadline days and just stuck there. I always bought early because we’d often had a shit season and I just wanted to get it out of the way and not have to think about it over the summer. There’s logic there somewhere, I just need to work it out still.

The club would absolutely be screaming about this all over the OWS if it was true.
You would have thought so, but tickets are probably not necessarily as much a topic of interest as it is to the fan base atm. Besides, if the total isn’t moving that much since the increased prices were announced then I guess no news is good news for those that put a dampener in the feel good factor of the Wembley win and promotion. These seem to be the updates on the Latest News section of the App.

I had a look yesterday and I wouldn’t be surprised if we have gone over the 12k mark now - looked fuller than the last time I looked on the season ticket thing a few weeks ago

I bought some tickets for the Watford game within minutes of them going on sale and there were a lot less available in the West stand than normal it was very noticeable

That'll make a change, the West Upper is normally 60-70% empty.

That’s because people are buying the seats up for the Watford game isn’t it? You then can’t buy that seat as a ST for that game and so would miss out on one, otherwise you’re securing a worse seat for the rest of the 22 games.
That’s what made me buy my ST early was not wanting a shit seat all year because of one game!

Aargh - yes, could be that - so season ticket latecomers will have less choice and end up in potentially less popular seats

To be fair, moving your seat is fairly straightforward if that’s an issue. I would think most people who are particular about a certain seat would have it sorted by now anyway
I noticed quite a few European fans at games towards the end of the season. And with the cracking atmosphere in those games, I'm sure they had a great time and spread the word.
How did you notice them, what made them stand out against English fans?
They weren't speaking English for a start. Taking photos of the badge outside the Covered End, bags of stuff from the shop etc
Is it actually possible to get 27k in the Valley anymore? I could be imagining it but I recall reading on a thread here that the standing area has reduced capacity.

Has anyone ever used the 'Forward' option?

I apply the same (warped) logic!
Retirement has made you a hard man

Wondering if I should expect to have received my card by now.
- Supporters who selected a physical season ticket should receive their physical season ticket towards the end of July
