Loadsa Argie-Bargie in the box and the ref is having none of it and awards us the free kick as soon as the corner comes in

Stronger spell from Huddersfield which you would expect from a team with Play off ambitions.

Sounds like someone Peterborough would sign from Non-League

Get it into our box, but their forward shoots well over.

    HT 2-0

Hudds players sprinting off the pitch ... presumably to get into their dressing room and lock the door before their boss get there to save them from an almighty bollocking.

HT 2-0, great start and followed up with some intense play from us, we will need to do a repeat second half as they can't be this shit second half...or can they

We really are quite good. Almost the perfect half.

Not really offered much this half Huddersfield, half time now, let's keep it this way, no slow start please. Worthington is bound to give them a rollocking.....

This commentator is crap, keeps confusing Doc with Godden, and can't tell the difference between a corner and a throw.
    Who, Greg or Tel...bit harsh🙄
The numpty on Sky. Tel's occasional brainfarts and Brownie's Eeyore tendencies are vastly preferable.

Nice of us to let some of the reserves have a kickabout!

We played well that half and they were poor. They can have no complaints about going in 2-0 down, and they are perhaps lucky it’s not more.

    The cliche 2-0 dangerous lead.
We need to up the tempo second half.

Very very good first half from us. Just the usual criticism of could/should we have scored one or two more goals and be really comfortable. Nice to have a 2 goal lead at half time, for a change, though.

TC, Godden, and Small have all been very sharp and we’ve carried good threat as a result.

What a half. The fact it should be at least 3 is the only dampener but we've been absolutely superb. A proper Nathan Jones side all across the pitch. Quick transitions, pressing the opposition into mistakes high up the pitch and throwing themselves into every challenge like it's the last one they'll ever make. Not a single player has ducked a challenge or stopped running so far and we've been clinical enough, even if it should be more. Huddersfield are tidy and clever on the ball but so far our aggression has rattled them when they've tried to build. I don't know if they'll be so easily shaken up second half so an early goal for 3-0 is just what we need. After that we just need to keep putting in the effort and then we can bring Dixon on to give them even more grief on the counter. If we don't get 3 points here it will be a travesty but the players have to earn it

Probably the best 45 minute combo of attacking and passing with the ball and great work by all 11 when out of possession considering the opposition.
2-0 HT and 3 up would be a fairer reflection of that half but important that we are Pro active 2nd half and look for the killer goal.

2 goals of real quality in the first half. Campbell's really special.

Huddersfield rightly booed off. Yes they improved in the last 15, but in the first 30 they constantly gave us the ball in dangerous positions. Their passing was so sloppy

Plus we were super sharp, for both goals we intercepted the ball and played an excellent ball.

Small's crossing has been excellent, and with both feet

    What a fucking half. Dominant.
  • Need a third goal. Hudd look decent up top - don't need a repeat of the Wigan game.
