Galbraith and Offiah would be a good start to our transfer business.  Maybe Josh Mulligan too now his Rangers move has stopped.

Definitely and they are very flexible players position wise, add a bit more flair and pace up top and we can make a proper fist of it : )

Orient trying to generate an auction… we don’t want to get involved in that offer 1.5 final offer

One orient fan on their forum now thinks he's worth 5 million 🤣
Well to be fair, there were a number of fans on here who valued Miles at over 10 million when he couldn’t even get into the starting lineup.

Gailbraith and Mulligan could both also compete with Doc and the CM options, useful versatility to have.

I like this bid, shows great ambition, he is a very good player who would undoubtedly strengthen us, lets hope we go back with a second bid

It's only a rumour albeit from a solid source but it would be a good and ambitious signing if it happens IMHO.

Of course, Charlton fans think it is a good offer and Orient fans don't.

If the boot was on the other foot and say Palace offered £2m for TC, we'd be saying he's worth £5m (well most of us, Ronnie would say to was too much) and Palace fans would say we should take the money as we're poor Championship club and should take the money now while we can.

Just the sort of player we should be going after.

He’ll surely go in this window. It’s a question of who else comes in for him and at what level of offer. Orient will be in a worse negotiating position in January, with only 6 months left.

Excellent news. Think around £2mill could clinch Gsilbrath and as I've said previously I'd be over the moon if we nabbed him. Terrific little player.

Even though he played at RB at the end of the year, I believe he historically has been more of a box to box central midfielder for most of his career which would be an ideal upgrade for us. It is interesting that almost all the players we have been linked to have been players mainly on the right side of the pitch.  No rumors of note for a forward, upgrade on Gillesphey, or a GK yet

Nice to be linked with million pound players . I don’t doubt the ambition of these owners and while not shopping at Waitrose nothing wrong with mixing with Tesco purchases.

I'm glad to be looking for this type of player. We desperately need to add some ball carrying and creativity to the centre of the pitch.
  • He’s well worth 2-3 million, top end championship clubs will be looking also. Massive statement of intent if we could pull this off

Wouldn’t be surprised if Orient leaked this to try and give other champ teams a nudge and get a bidding war going
I was thinking excactly the same, put his name out there, can’t remember the last time we paid over a million for a player?

Definitely came from the Orient side. As we know, nothing seems to get leaked from our side nowadays. Hopefully we get it over the line.

But Galbraith is in the last year of his contract. A pretty decent bid for a League one player in his final year.

Naby Sarr 15/16 season, around €1-2m but think it may have been undisclosed at the time?

Officially undisclosed but I think Igor was rumoured to have been £2.4m and Naby maybe £2m?

Bauer, Ba, Bergdich and Kashi were undisclosed too, might have paid £1m+ for one or two of them?

Watt and Texeira less likely as they came from Standard Liege.

Interesting. Clearly a very good player but doesn’t feel like the usual Jones type player. Wonder if we are looking at him as a wing back or midfielder
Could see him playing in midfield for us. Acting as a cover for Coventry. Would bring a different dimension to the squad.

Bit different circumstances though we are in the championship he has a contract till 2026 and is younger. Of course both him and Galbraith would have to prove it in a division up still.
