He's a heroin addict and won't pass a drugs test

He is having hormone treatments and will play for the women's team this season.

He's been sold as the owners are skint and the club are covering it up

He's got a minor injury and had a pain killing injection.

    You didn’t tell me . 😉
  • Kelman is not necessarily a mirror of Godden.
For instance,he got 5 assists in the league last season. Godden managed 1.
And if he is to prosper goals wise I think our assist rate will have to significantly improve.
He had good service from the likes of Gailbraith (6 assists), Donley (10) and Ageyei(8)
I had assumed that Small and Campbell would've topped our assist tree but they didn't get near it. Small with 3 and Campbell only mustered 1!
Edwards,Berry and the departed Aneke topped our list. Each with 5.

If Kelman is to prosper, the service from those around him will really need to pick up from last year.
Regardless of our achievement last season, we have effectively a new team. Yes there will be rotations, suspensions and injuries but I don’t think any of the new boys, with more to come have arrived to sit on the bench.
  • No more drama or excitement today please, don’t think I can take it!

Apparently Ritchie Wells  was critical of Kelman, stating that once ‘he lets things affect him’, he doesn’t have the ‘same performance levels’.

“I have said it many times, I love him to bits. There is an unbelievable talent in there. But as soon as he lets things affect him he does not have the same performance levels.”

Charlton fans will now know they’re getting a ruthless finisher of chances, but also someone who needs to work on not letting his emotions take over to become a better player.

Emotions need to be strong next season (especially for games we face the spanners).

One thing we do know and that’s Nathan Jones is a very good man manager. If the players “get him” and buy into his ways then he gets the best out of them.

Imagine if its for both Knibbs and Kelman...
  • When was the last time we announced a signing on a Sunday?
  • Incredible bit of business to see Kelman sign and for so much money, I thought QPR would drag it out to deadline day so he wouldn’t play for us against them.

Some may say he’s overpriced and maybe he is but another way to look at it is now the owners have seen first hand the potential of the club and support maybe they’ve now become more invested in us which seemed fairly evident at Wembley too and maybe Kelman is the owner’s man just like Schwartz was to Sandgaard.
