Wycombe have been given all of the JS so don't bank on tickets there
That’s a poor decision when they’ve given us so few
They've given us their entire away end, 1800 tickets in a stadium that holds 10k. It's a bigger % of capacity than we are giving them.

we are gonna have to hand out songsheets for the covered end upper coz it looks like we're all gonna be sitting in a different part of the ground from normal and the johnny come latelys will be filling the covered end - which stand will the drummer be in ?
Yet season ticket seats are still currently reserved and refunds for tickets bought in other areas of the ground can be refunded or probably swapped for usual seats.

why on earth didn't we just get the option to buy our usual seat and then 3 others that were available / non season ticket seats?

Why spares? There will be like 2 or 3 thousand ST holder seats going up for sale on Wednesday judging by the comments on here, Facebook and Twitter

I know “here” wasn’t in another colour, maybe it should have been. But it did say “click here” in the English language and, if you did indeed click here, you were taken to the page showing your ST seats.
But clicking directly on 'here' was'nt working for quite a few people i.e. those using Google Chrome. Chrome is the worlds most popular browser so it affected a large number of users. Not having this tested before it went out to the general public is very poor.

Well I logged on clicked on the link to my season ticket which took me straight back to buy tickets. My season ticket was greyed out I again clicked on the link to my season ticket and it done the same thing. On the third occasion I clicked the link to my season ticket and it came up this seat unavailable, how can they be if it’s the link to my season ticket. I had no option but to buy my tickets elsewhere and it still shows my season ticket unavailable to myself. I noticed straight away to click the link to my season ticket, although it wasn’t obvious so I can understand the confusion. So my seat will be one available tomorrow I guess. Having said that I’m like a lot on here money has been taken, seats on my account are there but to date today no email or tickets have arrived yet.
They shouldn’t take money unless they provide the tickets. Got an email saying it’s because of demand but people I know have done the same as me and got there tickets where lots haven’t. Absolute balls up surely they must have know what was going to happen and have things in place. Don’t agree with non season ticket holders being able to buy six tickets today seems odd when season tickets holders could only buy four plus two day. Shambles.

So I wonder how many sold / claimed to date? That wjll Indicate likely availability come Wednesday.

I also assume the extra day might allow some ST holders to switch tickets back to their preferred seats?

Season ticket holders panicked cause the system that was put in place simply didn't work yesterday.  None of the links worked and so they bought elsewhere for fear of missing out on additional tickets, that they were able to buy due to being loyal fans. Lots of other people having problems with the site today, so no need to dig anyone out imho
There was 2 days for the issue to be fixed, not digging anyone out, just sometimes a bit of common sense needs using, rather than creating more issues. You can still buy your additional seats.

Additional seats and buying your own seats are 2 very different things though.
I think the only reason a lot of people panicked myself included was because the link wasn’t working after 6-7 minutes I was trying to get 4  tickets close to each other but could see there wasn’t many left hence I brought elsewhere, not overfussed as hopefully the evening will be quality wherever your sitting

    And what?
How many did they bring to the league game?
it should be capped at that, that’s all they need.

Too early to say how many will have lost out as we wait for the season ticket seats to come back on….. but first thought is I hope all our fans who want to go have a chance to see the game.

For the club though, to sell out in a few hours is nothing short of brilliant. We are still, even after all the hurt from the past few years, a huge club and this shows the potential we have if we can make it up the league ladder again. The owners have to grab hold of this and if the worst happens and we don’t go up, this is evidence that they would get their money back and then some if they fund a serious promotion push next year.

I’ve been trying to buy home tickets in our ST seats for myself and my 9 year old son. When I click on the link to buy my ST seat it only give the option for my seat and not my son. Very irritating.

If I can’t get through on the phone (been trying all day) then I’ll have to take my chances on nabbing the seats when they come off reserved tomorrow morning.
Does the website have you linked with your son (I assume yes), then does the link say it is a "relationship", or a "strong.relationship"?.  The problem I had yesterday was 6 of my 8 said "strong relationship" and 2 said relationship. I couldn't buy for the 2.
I tried deleting one and setting him back up again - weirdly if you choose family that is not considered "strong", you have to chose "customer to customer".  Unfortunately when I tried it told me I couldn't re-connect as that person was already in a strong relationship elsewhere.
I then emailed the club and they sorted it quite quickly to be fair to them
    Simples... Or not!

I wish I knew how many unclaimed season ticket seats will be available tomorrow. Dozens? Hundreds? Thousands?
Hundreds I would expect going by what posters have been saying on here.

I'm waiting patiently until tomorrow & hopefully I'll be able to buy one of the ST seats that will be on sale as from 11am.

All this has shown me is that firstly people dont read what the club put out and then the panic that some people seem to create thereafter.

The match is not for another 10 days time. There are enough tickets for c25k people. How many ST holders do we have....less than 10k ? Why people are panicking and buying in different parts of the ground is beyond me.

And then next week we will have these fans moaning that they are now sitting at the back of the West near the JS Stand whereas they've had a ST for years in the Upper North.

Once again I know who bought all the toilet rolls 5 years ago.

I'm sure the process of getting rid of seats you didn't want in the first place and swapping them for your normal seat will be absolutely seamless.

    :-(

Yes from what I have seen from the club website. Fingers crossed you get some tomorrow

I still haven’t had an email to confirm tickets bought yesterday, but I can see them in my account.
I cannot pass to wallet or send them on.
I am not going to phone or email the Club or try downloading again so the system is less loaded for those still trying to buy.
Plenty of time to iron out issues before the game. Just thankful I have tickets.

Same here. Not bothering the ticket office until this Thursday to give them a week to sort out the mess. Booked using chrome but no confirmation email or print at home ticket. Wife used Safari and despite difficulty linking season ticket seat managed to get and print hers off.

I knew we’d have no problems shifting the tickets, but to basically sell all home areas (24k) within 27hrs and huge heap of IT problems is very impressive

I wonder if we manage to beat WW in the away leg by a big score wether they will sell out the JS, they may wait on purchasing ticket until after Sunday.

But Chrome on what exactly i.e. Windows OS, Chromebook, Android OS, Linux etc? Its also possible that a particular version of Chrome might work and others not (ever noticed the upgrade option that regularly appears in the top right hand corner of the Chrome browser? clicking that changes your version of Chrome which might make it behave differently)

Bottom line is that anybody that has done any form of web development even at a basic level knows you have to test as many combinations as possible (and repeat the testing at regular intervals to ensure it stays current).  Whoever is in charge of software development for CAFC's ticketing system wasn't careful enough with their changes and that was the main cause of the issues not user ignorance or stupidity.

I should imagine someone on here would have them.

Wycombe have been allocated all of the JS Stand.

    To clarify on this:

The whole stadium, when trying to select a ticket, is greyed out. The seat reserved for my ST (and my dad's) do not and cannot appear. I click on ESG and get an error message.

Has anyone else had this problem trying to buy their own tickets, that are supposedly reserved for us until tomorrow morning? I can't click and buy right now so I'm wondering if I should be panicking, blaming IT issues, or something else.

i was looking on their forum yesterday and quite a few were saying they weren't going to their home leg as they were so pissed off and weren't certain it would sell out - i doubt that will be the case but possible there could be some extra away tickets for us and maybe some extra home tickets if things go well for us at their ground - i'm not counting any chickens here mind you and am expecting a couple of very hard fought games regardless of the mood they seem to be in - it will be 2 top end league 1 teams playing each other and that could go either way, forget all the noise and current form etc
