WhenIwasLittleBoy said:What a total balls up by the club. Booked and paid for four tickets on Monday, have over charged me, under 19 ticket when i booked a under 14, Bank statement shows £97 paid, only processed two tickets asked to print tickets off, it states collect from the ground although I live 2 hours away. What total car crash of a club..try to ring them, held on the phone for over 30 minute still no answer
Re collection, if you have a friend who can collect for you e mail the friend, authorising them to collect on your behalf and attach your confirmation e mail.
Make sure your friend takes proper ID such as passport or D/L with them.0 -

As of last night the fee was also still pending on my credit card, but I did have a transaction number from the App. Dropped an email to the ticket office this morning and they have sent them through for us.Hope everyone gets sorted soon if they’re still waiting 🤞🏻I’m sure they’ll work this out over the next few days and well before next Thursday. I’d say to everyone just bear with the ticket office staff. They’re not the ones who bought the system or put out the messaging about how this was going to happen.5

Monday & Tuesday. Allow season ticket holders to buy thier seats and their seats only. No extras.
Wednesday. Allow season ticket holders and VG to buy the equivalent of their ST ticket plus 2 extras anywhere they want in the ground including those not taken up on Monday and Tuesday.
Thursday put the rest on General sale.
All those who panicked bought should accept it. You have a ticket for the match. Accept that you panicked & now have a seat in the West or Block B of the AC stand instead of your usual in North Upper.
I've waited patiently to buy mine. Was originally going to be Tuesday.... then Wednesday. Now its Friday.
All because you couldn't wait an hour or two on Sunday.
Pah !!
And thanks @clive. I stand by what I said. Everyone who wants a ticket will probably get one......if everyone followed the procedures from Sunday onwards.
His S/T brother offered to buy him a ticket days ago and presumably is still able to.0 -

This last option will delete everything so make sure you have details and passwords of your other sites before trying.

Try different device or different browser or try clearing your cache.1 -
Apart from anything else, I don't understand why the selling of HOME tickets was so rushed when
a) the game isn't until next Thursday, so still over a week away
b) the majority were e-tickets or print at home tickets, so no need to worry about postage or collection
The urgent ticket sale was for the AWAY tickets, as they're all physical tickets, and the away game is much sooner. That's what they should have concentrated on first, which would have spread the load on the ticketing system better. Then start home ticket sales Wednesday or Thursday.
It's as if they planned the timetable around us finishing 5th, and playing the home game first.9 -

If nothing else in 2019 having split the stand at that end impacted the decision of which end to have the pens due to safety considerations which benefited us.4 -

Interested to see so many appear to have had a problem with Chrome.
Just for balance I had no problem using Chrome.
I had an initial issue where I missed the link to purchase my own season ticket, but thanks to CL I was made aware and still logged in back tracked and clicked on the link!

Just got three in the West lower. Was originally doing it on my laptop and two became available in the north lower. For some reason, it wouldn’t let my buy. One of my mates had the same issue so switched to his iPhone. I switched to the iPad and was available to buy them when they became available without any issue.1

I waited my turn on Monday. Read all the panic on here & thought " let's leave it a day or 2 to settle down, for the club to sort out the IT system & wait for all the ST seats to become available on Tuesday". The match is not until NEXT Thursday fgs !
If I dont get a ticket then so be it. I wont cry about it. I'll just watch it at home on Sky.0 -
