So how are your nerves?

On a scale of 1 to 10, with one being we're 4-0 up and Clive Mendonca is about to take a penalty and 10 being you're jumping from the 3rd storey of a burning building and relying on Craig MacGillivray to catch you.

Personally, I'm sitting around a 7 right now, but it's been steadily building.

I’m pretty chilled about the whole thing, if it goes to penalties that may change.

I’m not nervous at all I honestly don’t see a way they win unless it gets to penalties which it won’t we just have too much for them even if it goes to extra time out fitness will tell. Caveat to that is no stupid decisions from the ref

Pretty good. Looking forward to tomorrow rather than fearing it. probably a 4 out of 10.

I've just had an typical Wednesday evening, assisting a Beaver Scout session at my Son's Group. As a result I'm more exhausted from that, and pretty distracted emotionally from the prospect of tomorrow night at the moment

So for now a 0/10, it'll probably get worse tomorrow, but whilst I was nervous on Sunday, I wasn't too bad. Suspect that'll change come KO, but imagine I'll relax a lot more when we go 1-0 up

4/10 now will be 7-8/10 just before kick off and if my usual state kicks in I will go from very nervous to absolute calmness as soon as the whistle blows. It’s all about the anticipation - when the ball is kicked it’s game concentration and getting behind the lads.

Probably about a 12.  I’ve been going through a protracted and stressful office closure redundancy and had a shitty day with HR and solicitors.  Tomorrow is going to be leaving day for majority of team and I’m on the beer in Reading from about 11.  Last time I did this and travelled on to the Valley for an evening ko we drew so I really don’t want history to repeat itself.  I’m hoping that by the time I get to the Rose about 5:30 I’ll have dropped to a 4 or 5

I've seen the Selhurst years, Upton Park, the Prem, the slide down the leagues and in the past 10 years some dog awful football.

But I'm nearer death than birth that's for sure, so have learnt along the way to roll with the punches, days like tomorrow and hopefully Wembley don't come around that often as a Charlton fan, so take it for what it is and enjoy it.

So yes, I'm absolutely cacking myself!

Was a 1/2 most of the week and today…until Stockport/Orient kicked off and it jumped to a 7 almost immediately

Relatively calm, but can feel myself getting nervous as it gets closer. If you had told me at the beginning of the season we would be in the play offs against Wycombe, with the final against Orient or Stockport, I would of taken that all day long.
All set up to be a great evening.

You must be a contortionist or have incredibly weird anatomy to have managed that.

Got an occupational health appointment at 11 in the morning, not worried about that in the least, though may see if they've got a slot for Friday too just in case. At least it's on the phone so they won't take my blood pressure

I’m absolutely drained. I have a cold and feel like shite. Had a very busy day work wise.To cap the day off, I get a call from Fitzpatrick’s referrals for an MRI scan on the dog tomorrow at 10am. We’ll be there for most of the day. Just hope I’m back in time to get to the match. I already have the missus in my ear about giving it a miss coz she can’t cope 😩

Not nervous at all. Don't deserve to be promoted if we can't beat Wycombe and Orient.
