    It's been well documented that he views his time at Charlton as "just a job"......no time for the bloke since I read that.........he did superbly well but he was "just a manager" just "doing a job"

    Lennie got us playing with the big boys with no money and no ground. Most of our managers since have not managed that with shed loads of cash and a superb ground. Charlton legend.
