    @in Portugal, I'm never including them in an acca again.............£400 down the drain...........OK actually only bet a fiver but FFS.............had all the other results I bet on right.

    Just checked what happened....................even more of a sickener

    85 mins Disaster for Rui Patricio who passes Ben Basat the ball 15 yards out and the striker finishes it off with minimal fuss. What a terrible mistake by the keeper that was. 1-1, would you believe it!

    had a tenner on Italy, Switzerland, Russia, Netherlands, turkey, Germany, England, Portugal, wales and Greece to win £900 with betfred. bleeding Italy and portugoal let me down however ive just noticed my slip states '7th heaven'. does this mean anything?

    Handicap is when one side starts with a lead already. So England -1 on the handicap means you need us to win by 2 goals.

    Double chance is win or draw. So England double chance means you win as long as we avoid defeat.

    Handicap is basically giving the other team a goal start to boost your odds, or as discussed above its giving poland a 2 goal start so england would have to win 3-0 4-1 4-0 etc.

    Double chance is a lot worse odds because your picking 2 of the 3 outcomes. So you can do england or poland to win so if either teams win you win, if its a draw you lose. you can also change it about you can have engand and the draw, so the only way you can lose is if Poland win.

    Hope that makes sense I'm a bit rubbish at explaning things
