Remember their 'youth' having running battles eith the ob or stewards in the JS when they come to us in the league cup early 00's.PL54 said:Oxford have a bit of a "naughty" rep don't they ? I remember a game at Oxford (might have been early 90s) and have a vague recolection of some aggrovation.
Good support that club and turned out a huge firm at Pompey this season (I'll stop before Leroy jumps on me).
Would have been happier if the draw had been away as not been to either ground.0 -
Good chance of a replay - although sod going to Wrexham. The Organiser said:

Would be a new ground for me, so I'll have some of that (if it did actually happen).0 -
Wrexham 1 up0

Well taken goal as well. Wrexham have been pretty impressive so far.
Haven't noticed anyone in the crowd from charlton.
Perhaps were too good to bother having to watch them?0 -

Oxford are playing 2 v 3 in Central Midfield, lost control of the game early on and have struggled. Strange tactics. 4-3-3 is dominating against 4-4-2.0

Turned it on and within two minutes Oxford had gone from 1-0 down to 2-1 up!
To all those who wanted to play Wrexham I'd like to apologise for my part in this, I'll watch the Swansea game instead ...0 -

That'll do. Oxford play 4-4-2, that will suit us better and we don't have the pressure of playing a non league team. Fair play to Chris Wilder for making the tactical adjustment at half-time that stifled Wrexham's play.0

Will they play 442 away to us though, knowing that we've a) already thumped them this season and b) if they keep it tight they can get a replay.0 -
Lovely. I'll go to the replay.0

So just to be clear:
we played our reserve team-----because we are fighting to stay up
we played our reserve team-----because we dont give a shit about cups
Cp " we need to have a cup run ,our fans deserve it"
CP " someone has to get into the 4th round it might as well be Oxford"
"the kids deserve a run out"
"i dont care about the cup, its more important to stay up"
blah blah0 -
Oxford fans are saying hey could take 2000 - They might outnumber the home fans!
