All together now.
Number 1, we can't pronounce,
Number 2, we can't pronounce,
Number 3, we can't pronounce,
Number 4, we can't pronounce,
We all dream of a team we can't pronounce,
A team we can't pronounce,
A team we can't pronounce.13 -

Some kid from Folkstone I heard. Highly ratedIanaddick62 said:if Chris is willing to let Pritchard and Cook go out on loan doesnt that leave us pretty short in midfield, numbers wise, as Gower is injured apparently and Hollands is no where to be seen, unless there is another midfielder coming in?

He's definitely more of a playmaker than a replacement for Cameron Stewart, so could be Dale's replacement.Swisdom said:Wonder is Astrid is the new Stephens?

I agree Swis, that's likely to happen. Seems like he is a good passer so needs to add a bit of metal to couple with some of the more industrious opponents and we could have an ideal replacement. This guy I feel will make us tick more0

So he's more a centre mid than left midfielder?Swisdom said:Wonder is Astrid is the new Stephens?

If that at he case, then we've got 7 centre mids on our books. With Stephens off that leaves 6. And Powell only rates 3 of them. More needed?
Adjarevic Cousins Stephens
Jackson Pritchard
Hughes. Gower0 -
Ajdarvic, Jackson and Cousins. That's it realistically.0

Winger Jason Puncheon, who joined Crystal Palace on a season-long loan from Premier League rivals Southampton in the summer, looks set to complete a permanent switch to Selhurst Park for a reported fee of £1.75million.0

Do we know how much Brighton paid for Stephens? Also is the Pole definitely signed now?0

Yes 500 posts later and I'm still as excited/confused/nervous as to whats going on, 20 minutes well spent.
If these striker deals go through and Dale goes then we will need a new creative midfielder before the deadline.0 -
Wonder how much0
-
Rumour is 750k, not sure how reliable that is. We MUST replace him with someone as good or better.1
-
Interesting that they mention the 12 month extension. Sounds like Dale wanted out and so cashed in - confirming what many thought.
Good luck to him. The whole "homesick" element to him angling for a move last year just wrangles a bit with me though.0
