    As I mention earlier. Rene said on 5 live that he brought in curbs and wilkins so both must be under threat, if not now then in the summer.

    Don't ever see Curbishley being ringmaster at a circus like QPR or Cardiff and now it looks like Fulham and possibly Charlton. He's an old fashioned manager and I can't imagine working under any board that interferes with his methods or player selection. I suspect he'll be gone too quite soon.

    Looks a good appointment, at least as far as this season is concerned.

    Curbs must be loving it, got a decent wage and a nice payoff for about a months work.

    true the compo will be good but Curbs needed some longevity in this role. I think thats him finished re mangement---better to carry on with being a pundit.

    Remember whoring himself live on tv for the palace job? He had potentially a better one at Fulham where he hanged about for two sackings and still couldn't get his foot in.

    Bookies will no longer bother to price him when a PL job becomes available.
