One free gent signing, how exciting, I can hardly wait
Just rushed back indoors from work. Left early but just so excited (might get the sack but hey life weren't too bad on the sausage roll...). Saw a £20 note lying on the pavement but I had no time to dawdle. That nice looking bird upstairs looked like she wanted a chat (whilst I stare at her rack of course...) but I blanked her. The heating has been off all day in the flat, really should get the boiler switched on but no, I've got to get on CL to see how many top drawer signings Charlton have made...
The club are fantastic, they really know how to keep us all amused. The latest object of our desires will be probably turn us down tomorrow and leave us properly screwed.

IF and WHEN no players are signed i'd love some transparency from the club to announce WHO they had actually been attempting to bring to the club. I can get over them not signing if i knew who we were actually trying to get in.

Someone in the Allan Simonsen calibre would settle my complaints about Roland being a tightwad, but it'll never happen. Then we didn't have a pot to piss in. now we have a BILLIONAIRE owner so will be looking for second rate freebies or quality players we can loan directly to Standard in some iffy tax dodge.

If, yes IF, we do sign anyone, why must it be on the last day , at the last minute, is it just panic buying, surely they could have sorted this out by Sunday, and did all the medicals etc, today?
Club is a joke.. Hope we go down, Roland loses interest and fucks off! Have no interest in watching this pony team anymore.. It's an entertainment business and they don't provide that!So why should I pay my money!
