What do we do now?

Seriously now, we've got to do something. I thought that would be bad, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Action has to be taken, smartly, sensibly and within the law before anyone suggests anything stupid but we are going to have to amp this up big time.

Sasha & Digweed after party in crossbars?

I'll dig out my plane and fly over The Valley with a banner against Ipswich - 'Welcome home Yann'

She doesn't strike me as much of a clothes horse to be honest.

Silent protest outside the ground throughout the Ipswich game with the TV cameras on would be a good idea. Get the national media attention.

We wait for the feedback from those in the room, then view the video tomorrow for ourselves

Fair but the tweeted quotes don't look promising.

I sincerely doubt any self-respecting journalist will let themselves down either, and the SLP and NS are usually on point. Forget the fans.
  • Do what happened before demonstrate in the centre circle at half time when the cameras are there against Ipswich

Come on. Let's have a visible protest, get our point across and then get on with supporting the players on the pitch - same as the Sheff Wed game.
Let's not make it into a home game for Ipswich

I'd suggest something to grab the sky cameras attention. I'm not sure if they'd have cameras outside to capture the protests, so may have to be something inside the ground as well. Anything to hold up the match would mean that it would be broadcast to many casual football spectators , would lead to further exposure over the internet via social networking sites and would be talked about by the commentators and the media. This is one of a very few chances that we will have in the spotlight so we have to make the most of it.
  • I get your sentiment but to be honest my heart is gone after all that. Sorry. Also our point is getting across to anyone, the last two hours just proved it.

KM is the weak link and we cannot go forward with any meaningful debate with the Club whilst she is there - She is now despised - Capitalise on that - Focus upon her departure.
  • We have 2 weeks. We need something big for this. Time is on our side and we have to get it right.

If the tweets tell the real picture, which I believe they will, then surely we need to move on from just wanting dialogue with her?

Quite clearly she will give these cushty little meetings that will actually achieve nothing and claim that is sufficient dialogue.

I fully agree. It needs to be big, attention-grabbing, laced with sarcasm at her digs tonight and it needs to really send a clear message in a way she'd at least expect.
  • Forget the conversation with the club now, that's dead. KM apparently wants to talk to us so let's not give her that, we don't want to hear her lies. Let's make her job hell and let's think of many a great plan(s) to get this club back. These can go alongside a protest before/after every match.

As mentioned in my other thread:

So my plan is to hit RD and KM in the pocket on the game against Ipswich live on Sky.

Instead of entering the ground after the protests, head towards the local pubs which will be showing the game live. Watch the game their and help them with a few extra funds instead of giving more money to the CEO.

We'd all still get to watch the game whilst also making a statement. An empty valley, protests before the game, less income all live on Sky.

Unless someone has stated this already I'm sorry.

I will not walk away from my club but I will do the most I can to not support KM.
  • Exactly where were the questions we all wanted asking ? Can anyone explain why they were not asked ?

Because it was never about that mate. About trying to stop protests, not open meaningful dialogue.

A great idea, wouldn't be so bad to let some of the local pubs know the plan.
  • If you are gonna do the pub thing then I would suggest a noisy protest outside the ground during the game that gets picked up on telly

And obviously get the guvnor in the pub to pause the telly :)

I'm not talking about their agenda. Fuck that. Exactly what happened to our agenda ?

  • Which stand and part of stand will get most coverage on Sky Sports and is there a part they definitely can't avoid showing during the live coverage? This is one line of attack.

West lower. Home dug out and directors box.

    West Lower.

Covered End lower (the half that we're attacking the Jimmy Seed Stand)

West stand (lol) and north lower. Get some cards printed to hold up on seats in the north lower? Won't be enough people there to achieve it though.
I'd like a blackpool style run on the pitch and stop the game but would be asking a lot from people haha
  • North Lower will be doable I should imagine in some vacinity, but I'm sure it'll get less coverage than the West Lower will. Also where do they do the pre match/half time punditry? Any seats within view of that? (Been a while since I've watched us live on sky haha)

We need to get as much coverage and cause as much unrest as possible to KM and co.

I agree with @AFKABatram, lets hold off until we see the video and full reports from those there, I'm not saying tweets aren't right but lets see for ourselves, and if, as I suspect, the meeting was as bad as it sounds then action needs to be coordinated and something that will get press attention. Sadly, I think we are screwed with this mob, BUT whatever we do must be legal and non-violent, otherwise we lose the argument.

We get KM out and the cards will start to crumble, that should be our main aim now.
