Jefferson Louis' list of clubs barely fits on one page....Pelham123 said:Went to Dartford v Wealdstone on Tuesday night. No sign of the raider. Our old boy Scott McGleish scored the equaliser for Wealdstone. His somersault celebration has been replaced with a doddery walking stick effort. He is 41 now and despite carrying a bit of extra timber looked very effective at that level. His strike partner Jefferson Louis, a mere pup at 36, scored the winner for Stones. Ebou Adams caught the eye for Darts.
My pals played for Hythe Town. These players literally move each year to year even month to month to earn an extra £50 a week.

They do. I sometimes wonder if they actually enjoy playing football.iamdan said:Simonsen said:

Was at the match and thought Dartford were very poor against a dreadful Wealdstone outfit.Pelham123 said:Went to Dartford v Wealdstone on Tuesday night. No sign of the raider. First time I've seen Adams and instantly thought he was a big prospect. Rumour the day after is he's on his way to a Premiership club, can't believe (although I can) we haven't gone in for him. Not many 19 year old two-footed centre midfielders out there...

Fair play to him. http://www.dartfordfconline.com/site/?q=news/4003
And a reminder of the dangerous horseshit that Katrien Meire came out with.
“My proposition would be a real unique football fan experience — and see hopefully the next stars of the Premier League, which we will have play forCharltonDartford in the first team and then sell onto the Premier League.”0 -

Averaged 1,300, hit almost 2,500 for the final home match. They've struggled to cope with the crowds, in truth - the Hipster FC piece in the Observer led to even more people coming down, often with little interest in the match, sometimes lugging cases of Stella around. The club had to ban people from bringing their own booze, and a big group of the more vocal fans abandoned their spot behind the goal because they struggled to get an atmosphere going, only to find the day trippers followed them to the stand down the side...Kap10 said:

Sounds like there was some trouble at the match in Bognor last night, sounds like a set of fans (not Bognor) went after some Hamlet.
Hamlet crowds achieved nearly 2500 at home this season.0 -
I am going to attend this game.
Be nice to see a normal football match this season.2 -
Didn't mean to imply that was the average! Did not get to many games, but one i did get to was just under 2,000, not bad even at 1300 average considering the crowds of 250 - 750 when i started going a few seasons ago.InspectorSands said:

Problem when you rapidly expand attendances, you don't get real fans, we still suffer from the prem days1 -
The semi-final must have been something. They scored the only goal in the 90th minute.
Tempted by the final but I don't imagine getting to Thurrock on a Bank Holiday is much fun from SE London.0 -

3-0 down and Dulwich missed a pen.0 -
3-1 now.
They've taken more to Thurrock than we did to Leeds.0 -
be a bit embarrassing if they didn't.Vincenzo said:3-1 now.

3-1 at half time, all the goals Dulwich conceded were from corners, Dulwich don't look nearly good enough to play in the league above.0

Corners eh? Sounds familiar.0
