Given that i'll be in work (touchwood) next season,am hoping to upmy away attendances - especoally mid week, but hoping against Carlisle geting promoted, but Doncaster is a definite if they get up.
[cite]Posted By: ISawLeaburnScore[/cite]did Sheffield to Blackpool this season myself (via Manchester and Preston)
was no problem in about 2 hours and a bit... plenty of ale en route as well
I myself have a travel pass which gets me free train travel into West Yorkshire - for cross pennine journeys I tend to get tickets from Leeds or Huddersfield (where fares are quite considerably less i.e. cheap day returns rather than savers). For the away games last season at Man City and Blackburn went to Huddersfield and Leeds respectively then rebooked there.

If so I will just have to do a week up there
No mate, they are just happy to take ya money up there, especially when its horizontal rain and gale force winds out side like this year was.
Note: (bloodnut does not condone underage drinking)
Yep, missed this season, bigging it up next season.
Then you're never going to another football match anywhere then, every ground has trouble.
Oh please God let that be the case. And if you could extend it to football message boards as well.
However the journey from Sheffield to Blackpool by train tends to use nodding donkeys. And then watch some more nodding donkeys?
