Not sure if it's in South East London, but anyone try this?
Actually called ANAL and is located in Colon which is about 5 miles North East of Burnley!2 -
A new one for the list.
Pink Garlic in Bromley. A big group of us went there Friday night and it was really good. A pleasant surprise.1 -
Thank you JohnBoy for resurrecting this thread. We talk far too much about American Politics, the State of Britain in the EU, and the terrible decline of Charlton. We do not talk enough about important things, like curry.6

We were in Birmingham this weekend and had a lovely one in Solihull.0

Shampan next door Pink Garlic is better1

You mean on Bexley Road. That looks a right state from the outside, wouldn't dream of setting foot in there!Charltonparklane said:Another to avoid now
Mahatma in Avery Hill
Used to enjoy a cheap curry in there but the other week the two waiters were sniffling everywhere, didn't listen to any food or drink orders, was putting his bow tie on and tucking himself in at the table whilst taking the order, when he dropped a Naan bread at the buffet and picked it up and put it in the food tray I paid for drinks and left.0 -
Shampan at The Spinning Wheel - Westerham. No. They don't listen to you when you order. Is that a hot curry? The answer was "yes" mate, not "no".
No coriander does not mean some coriander.
Best value has to be Wednesday at The Darjeeling on Bromley Common. Great food, great selection, waiters who listen. Two starters, two mains, rice, naan, two sides, a tenner!1 -

Was that where Rubys was?SuedeAdidas said:
Bombay to Bromley still my favourite takeaway. Only ever had excellent food and service from there.
Darjeeling is a good shout for a sit down. And the one in the Mews by the Bulls Head, Chislehurst, Royal Indian Cuisine.

I use B2B a lot.......but then it is about 1 minute walk from my flat.0 -
New Curry Centre in Welling is always very decent!1

Went to the Moghul in Sidcup the other day, nice but way too pricey for what it is.
Seems to be a distinct lack of decent Indian restaurants in the Sidcup/Bexley area.
All too greasy and bland1 -

Some friends went there a couple of months ago and reckoned the food was average, service was bad and the prices were sky high. Said they wouldn't bother going back.SE10Addick said:Went to the Moghul in Sidcup the other day, nice but way too pricey for what it is.

All good, but it means slumming it on the wrong side of the A2MarkyE83 said:British Raj in Crayford. Always good. Dated decor but excellent food.

Tend not to leave BR7 for a decent rube, Bengal Lancer and the Royal both decent, as is the Shaon in the high street.
Takeaway, my local since I moved out of BR7 to SE9 is the Ababil Tandoori, but there's also a very decent takeaway at the Oval Blackfen.1 -
bexleyheath area
taara is fantastic never understand why its so empty in there we go there once a month then onto the william camden for a few drinks.
went spicemaster in belvedere a few weeks ago admittedly on a Friday night but the food wasn't great all a bit rushed and chucked at you.0 -
I just can't believe how many of you treat your local Curry house like some kind of poxy football club! Curry here, curry over there. Bloody curry wherever you want it!
Well, eating curry ain't like a bloody game of football. Support your local curry house. End of!4 -
Any good ones in Greenwich/North Greenwich/Canary Wharf?0
