    Use a fork to mash some banana on top of toast, and add a bit of honey, edible I would say.

    If on fresh white bread hot toast, then a decent bit of slightly salted real butter alone is a good munch.

    Marmite is difficult to spread, but of course marmalade is a winner, but it does depend on the bread/marmalade combination.

    Of course beans heated with a spoonful of marmite, put on top of quality cheese on toast (minimum cheese taste power level 5 I would say) is more or less a full meal.
