    Had to mute it, commentators are so biased it's unbelievable. Townsend is fairly insufferable as it is but today he's just been horrendous so far.

    There's no pace or tempo to France's game so far. Don't get why they aren't shooting more as well, playing like Arsenal at the moment, all tappy nonsense all whilst Ireland have 7 men in the box

    Is Ireland's left back Morgan fox.... He's playing so tight to his centre back and has been caused out so many times including for the goal

    the good news for England fans is France have looked less than convincing so far. Only scored 2 from really shoddy Irish defending.

    Don't think it was a foul for the sending off, the French player stepped on Duffy's foot and then took a dive.

    Assume Mangala will fill in for Rami. That's certainly a positive for us, he's an awful defender in terms of positioning.

    In the overall run of things, this is actually a piss poor tournament. The overall standard/entertainment level has been rubbish. Thoroughly bored now. Maybe it's just me and football generally but I'm struggling. Trying to watch this game but ended up fiddling on my iPhone.

    I'm a bit concerned that McDonalds are advertising at pitchside that they provide players with escorts.

    Though it does help explain why some seem so languid.

    Play our best we beat France (providing we don't collapse to Iceland). A lot of decent individuals but yet to really gel as a side by the looks of things.

    This, this and more of this. I've managed to fall asleep most games and any I've watched in the pub I've either gone and played pool or chatted to people.
