Why put two parts out in November and then wait until the following year to release the rest?1

Something for rat 'n' kat to ponder over during Christmas dinner.PopIcon said:Why put two parts out in November and then wait until the following year to release the rest?

Thanks Nug.
Mindblowing was the term then.
Which fans group is she meeting on Saturday BTW, anybody know?

Just listened to the podcasts. A few thoughts...
First and foremost - Great work from Jimmy Stone to get these people speaking on the record, particularly the network scouts (some of whom I didn't know existed before today).
We've all heard or read the rumours, but some of the stuff in the second episode went beyond what I thought was going on. Very enlightening and disturbing stuff.
I've already seen a few deniers/apologists claiming 'Lies' or 'Fake', but there really is no need for any anti-Roland fans to stoop to that kind of Katrienism when the people you're up against are as arrogant, deluded and detached as the ones currently destroying our club.
I believe every bit of it and I'm looking forward to the concluding episodes.

Is there a link to these podcasts ?0

It takes time to put all this stuff together. They told us of this piece back in October and it's taken them until today to get it out. It's not something you can throw up over night. I guess the only other alternative was to get them all out together in which case we would have seen nothing until after Christmas when it was all ready. Personally I'm happy they chose the route they have.PopIcon said:Why put two parts out in November and then wait until the following year to release the rest?

Need to get a national radio station to pick up on this when all four episodes are put out. I'm thinking Radio 4.

Anyone else notice Roland mispelt Thuram's first name (Yohann, not Yahann)?3

Part one done, knew things were bad at the end under the spivs but I didn't know it was that bad.2

I've just listened to episode 1, which is a summary of the Jimenez/Cash/Slater years.
It is very good, but nothing new in there for me (as someone who tries to know everything about Charlton).0 -
There's not a great deal that's new in the second part either, but there are a couple of interesting interviews from network scouts. I think hearing everybody speak about the issues does somehow bring it all to life a bit more.Covered End said:I've just listened to episode 1, which is a summary of the Jimenez/Cash/Slater years.

Stellar work from Jimmy stone - quite how he's managed to get so many interviews is fantastic. Actually feel quite sorry for piotr, clearly parachuted in way over his head on someone else's say so, and even he can see that Roland has ruined the club! Can only imagine the stories Jacko has to tell4

Sorry if I'm missing something here, is there supposed to be a link to Soundcloud on here somewhere. Do I need some sort of plug in for the browser?Karim_myBagheri said:

I guess it depends what you're listening on. If you're on a PC you can just click on the play button at the top of the pageman_at_milletts said:

I've skipped to part 2. It really emphasises the authority that Driesen had/has. Peeters called him "the boss" whilst Polish Pete sounds like he understands football better than Driesen.
How the **** can someone supposedly so successful and intelligent rely on the opinion of a no-mark teenager with literally no experience in the industry? I'm surprised we lasted as long in the Championship as we did.10 -

46min50sec - the idea that Duchatelet interfered with team matters described as "out of reality". A minute later puts this type of rumour down to "ex-employees.. that may be saying certain things for certain reasons".

He knew all this was going on. Now we have definitive proof.
You've overstayed your welcome Richard. Bye bye.14 -
On a slightly unrelated note, I read an old blog the other day that suggested that Miere was introduced to people at the training ground as 'sporting director' when she first arrived.
Can atsnyone back this up? That's pretty shocking if true.0 -
Think this letter deserves its own thread - it needs to be visible to all3

Because it was copy and pasted from a Driesen email to Roland.Scoham said:Anyone else notice Roland mispelt Thuram's first name (Yohann, not Yahann)?
