    There are players out there that can make the transition. Finding them and then putting faith in them is the hard part.

    Both Morison and Gregory had their detractors after first signing and going through a barren spell.

    Michail Antonio started at Tooting and Mitcham.
    The skill is spotting the talent and developing it obviously.
    As we did with Lookman from Waterloo F.C.

    Andre Gray was playing non league until two season ago.

    The players are out there, it just the skill of finding the correct ones.

    Roarie Deacon was very good in the win over Dartford, but as someone who was only released by Crawley in the summer, he doesn't seem to fit the bill of someone who's worked his way up from non league football, getting better every season

    Wouldn't be surprised if it was the Gillingham right back - Ryan Jackson, he impressed when we played them earlier in the season.
