I agree with @ValleyGary , so far Robbo hasn't shown me that he has the substance to back up all of the talking. He's backed himself to turn the situation around, but hasn't shown the strength of character to be able to do so. The Millwall and Peterborough losses have shown him to be tactically inept, after talking up a performance to make us proud, and he was slapped down by the fruitcake owner when he went cap-in-hand to Belgium for transfer funds. He needs to drop the Stan Boardman routine and shape up, by putting together a run of results similar to the Bristol Rovers game from now to the end of the season, to make me change my mind. So far, he is coming across as only half as good as he thinks he is. Whats his record so far, 2 wins in 10?30

100% has to be KAG, surely? I have seen him around quite a lot, more so around Thamesmead at first and for his age, he has been driving very flashy cars as soon as he would've had his license.Clem_Snide said:

I don't disagree with VG. Scepticism of the manager should be expected. But on the flip side, I don't think he should be called a 'gobby scouse twat' either.2

It sounds like the bloke needs media training.
Post match pressers after defeats hes still high as a kite and trying to overly give off the impression that he gave the players a right bollocking, for some reason.

I don't know what it is. Not really a normal manager. Maybe that's just because he appears happy quite often. Most managers do not appear that way! It's a stressful job and in the public eye. Addiction to it and love for it keeps managers coming back.
The job seems like water off a duck's back for this bloke. Maybe that's thick skin.

I never even considered listening to this. For the first time in my life I've known a Charlton manager was on the radio and didn't have the slightest inclination to listen. I think there's two reasons for this:
1. A general pessimism and down-spiritedness I feel about all things Charlton thanks to three years of Duchatelet's regime.
2. Not respecting Robinson's opinions since the day he ridiculously bigged-up Mare. I don't want to hear him orally gratifying her. I'd rather he be quiet and get on with the day job.15 -

JS's first season was about getting the right players in and stabilisation.
We're putting pressure on KR when he's been hit by injuries etc and his squad doesn't contain the depth (or quality?) that's required.
I'd like to see him given the summer to sort out the squad and set up for next season.

Our squad has nowhere near the quality or depth to be successful in this division, but the rumours coming from the club (and Robinson) are that we might be bringing in one more player.
We need at least 4 more decent signings to be anything more than mid-table this season. Slade said as much towards the end of the Summer transfer window. The fact that Robinson has not expressed the same opinion very much suggests that the various rumours about him receiving a cut of incoming transfer fees might well be true.5 -
