Charlton and West Ham win double - just under 6/1. That's £25 I've just wasted.2

2 draws. ApologiesIdleHans said:
Like this so have put a small one on it - thanks @stackitsteve. I hope.stackitsteve said:Just a quick look at some of the fixtures next week.
Newport County (lost last 8) v Colchester (won last 5) - Colchester at 11/8
Notts County (lost last 10) v Mansfield (won last 2) Mansfield at 8/5
Losing runs obviously have to come to an end at some point but both prices stood out0 -
Was a Barnsley goal short of my BTTS this week.
So they've been added to the "useless fucks" list.0 -
Birmingham done me for £729. Knobs.0

What a pile of shit.Robbo on the wing said:Bromley (4/5) look fantastic value against a recent lacklustre Welling, at home in the FA trophy. Bromley flying high in conference, whereas the opposite could be said about Welling in the conference south. Straight single win.
Whilst on the FA trophy, may be worth some pennies throwing Dartford 11/10 (home to Chelmsford) and Whitehawk 6/5 (home to Dulwich) to make a 7.3/1 treble (bet 365).
Remind me never to look for logic in cup games.0 -

Today's racing at Plumpton FUNNY OYSTER owned by Mr Roger Alwen And Heather Alwen opened 100/1 into 66/1 finished second to the 10/11 fav.
Roger, obviously had a few quid on !0 -
Good for Roger.
The Sunday morning of the Valley clean up, it was Roger who handed me an old pair of garden shears to help clear the old east terrace as I walked in the ground.2 -
everton, spurs and napoli @ 15/10

Dagenham at home to Bromley @ 8/110

Not sure about that - a tenner @ 100/1 is the equivalent of over £1,000 @ 10/11 so it really doesn't take much to move the price at that level. It also depends on the shape of the race, from an each way perspective, as to whether bookies will deliberately shorten up outdiders because let's say a race is a "dead eight" with an odds on shot then bookies might be exposed with the other runners running for at least two, if not three if the favourite doesn't finish in the first three, places.RaplhMilne said:Today's racing at Plumpton FUNNY OYSTER owned by Mr Roger Alwen And Heather Alwen opened 100/1 into 66/1 finished second to the 10/11 fav.

Yesterday's Chepstow 1.40, for example, was exactly that. The front two were 1/4 and 9/4 which is over 110% without even taking into account the other six runners. There were two 12/1 joint 3rd favs - and their Betfair SPs were 124.76 and 183.81 respectively!!!! All because bookies don't want to be picked off by each way thieves.
Anyway, enough about that and more serious matters. My son's name is Sebastian (though he is known as Seb) and the winner and odds on shot in the Funny Oyster race was called Bastien. I didn't back it unfortunately. But, there again, I didn't back yesterday's winner Sebastian's Wish which returned at 9/1 so what do I know about racing. From now on I am going to back nothing but horses that have some sort of sentimental connotation!0 -
Just need Besiktas to win tonight to win this fifteen fold. Normally put a quid on. Wish I had done now!!5

heres one I should be able to work out for myself, but it's been a hard week.
Now and again Betvictor let me have £10 risk free on casino games, which I never otherwise touch.
Up to now I've put a single £10 on red on roulette. If I lose, the money is refunded after a couple of days, if I win I quit, a bit better off.
But if I win, should I carry on, and if so how many more times?

I've done all 10 French league games to be home wins. About 830/1.0

Don't carry on, worst thing ever created

I agree, and I would never play these casino games other than with this freebie.
But there will be a probability tree that dictates the best course of action depending on the outcome of the previous spin.
I'll think about it over the weekend. But my spin came up red this evening, so a free tenner to offset my rubbish accumulators on the football.0 -

East thurrock united away at Welling @ 9/50

Short price at 11/10 but I'm surprised Dagenham away to Southport aren't odds on0
-
Add Sunderland at home to beat an out of form Southampton and Charlton to beat an average AFC Wimbledon for 25-1, 3 team accy. Good value I reckon that.stackitsteve said:Short price at 11/10 but I'm surprised Dagenham away to Southport aren't odds on

Against my principals, but Charlton win btts is 6/1 with Betvictor, looks ridiculuously overpriced... As does Everton to beat Boro btts at 15/4. Double 33/11
