    I detest the memes it has generated. "Get hype" etc.

    But I do think it might happen. I'm not sure where else The Hound is likely to end up. Perhaps some sort of meeting with Arya, but it feels like he's on a redemption trip. And who is going to kill the Mountain? White walkers maybe. Dragons seems to easy.

    It was a decent episode, a lot of filler/storybuilding, but the pay off is always so good that I can tolerate that.

    Ed Sheehan cameo was weird , didnt like it.

    Probably give it an 8.

    The Ed Sheeran bit was a bit shit, but it was meant to prove that there is still a lot of good in westeros and that maybe some of the Lannister army aren't quite as arsehole like as we have been led to believe previously...

    Probably 8/10 for me in terms of overall joy, but 10/10 in terms of execution.

    YES! Figured out how to do the spoiler thing! There are some mild spoilers in this, but I intentionally kept it pretty generic.

    Very much enjoyed it. Something that GoT does very well is that they make the more methodical episodes, the ones that involve positioning of people and characters and plot lines, still entertaining. That is really hard to do, especially as you have all of these plot lines and characters starting to converge. The last scene that runs for whatever it was 3-4 minutes uninterrupted was so good. There weren't dragons or big wars or white walkers and yet it was so suspenseful.

    Enjoyed it a lot. As others have said, it was all just setting up the rest of the series but built the tension nicely and had some good lines in it.

    The Ed Sheeran thing was a misstep for me. Quite apart from the fact I'm not his biggest fan and he is bloody everywhere anyway at the moment, GoT does not need to stoop to the level of celebrity cameos. The whole scene was a bit cheesy but I understand why it was in there, there are, however, plenty of jobbing actors out there who can hold a note who could have done what he did without having to jar the narrative by sticking someone so incongruous in there.

    Sigur Ros were in the Joffrey/Marjorie wedding scene. And Coldplay (or at least Will and Guy I think it was) were in the Red Wedding scene. I think Of Monsters and Men were in an episode in last season. Ed Sheeran had a lot more time smilling right at the camera in the main shot, but they've done this sort of things before.
