wasnt the guy who jumped ships sister was hanging from the front of the boat ? tad late to "save" her ? and wernt the two armies (horsemen and slave) supposed to be on those ships ? if so the dragon lady has lost all her mob ?

Nah I thought they were very, very clear on who was going where.

The Unsullied were off to that Casterly Rock place, the Dothraki I assume are staying with her.

Then she was sending The Sand lady along with Yara and Theon to Kings Landing to approach from one angle whilst the Tyrells attack from the other angle. No I didn't think Yara was dead.

I get the feeling the Tarly's will align to Dany in time.

Would hate to see the last Sand Snake go out horribly. She excites my Trouser Snake (worm)

Next episode is called "The Queens Justice" so I expect the last sand snake and her mum to meet a grisly end at the hands of Cersei/The mountain. Really disappointing as they are very interesting characters in the book that the TV show screwed up and had no idea what to do with so they just killed them all off.

Yara Greyjoy is still alive and crazy Uncle Euron's play thing, reek 2.0 perhaps. Euron seems like a good addition as the show lacked that crazy after Ramsay died.

    Predictions

I'm thinking Arya will return to Winterfell and kill Littlefinger by the end of this series.

Dany won't immediately join Jon, But comes to the rescue by the end of the series as the wall falls.

Jaime finally sees Cersei for the crazy lady she is and takes the Lannister army north to face the night king and the Iron Bank reclaims its debt from a broken Cersei.

Sam cures Jorah and they ride north with some key information on defeating the walkers. Sam eventually becomes warden of the south after Dany turns his father into dragon bait for supporting Cersei.

    The opening scene was brilliant.

    Euron was funny.

    Sansa was a cow.

The Brotherhood without Banners bit was the best bit though.

Best line was "You're fooling no-one with that top knot you bald cunt."

Obara impaled on her own spear and Nymeria dangling from her own whip. Nasty.

Has anyone else noticed the similarities in the last episode between the hound and Arya, its like she is starting to act like him the way she ate and wanted ale. just an observation

Good spot, I did notice she was acting different but couldn't tie it up.

Good spot. It felt like she was purposefully keeping her distance. I think it was part of the fact she has supposedly cast some part of the little girl she used to be away forever (which potentially links in with the direwolf scene) but also because of the stuff she has seen and done since she last saw Hot Pie is utterly irreconcilable with her past life.

Maybe Gendry will reappear if Hot Pie had a cameo?

Her face has filled out as the series has gone on, quite puffed

She definitely seemed a bit odd and offish in that scene.

Sam can't be warden of the south. When joining the nights watch you give up all claims and titles. The only way to get out of the nights watch is death.. which is why Jon snow got out

The scene with the dragon skull being speared can have significance merely for making the forthcoming battles appear less one sided, giving them hope and keeping it interesting, doesnt necesarily mean the end of one of them. I guess suprise, luck, training, some kind of aiming platform and of course GOT creative writing anyhting can happen..

I am 99% certain that a dragon will die in a scene that involves that spear. Dany could take KL and kill all the white walkers in one episode. Making the dragons a bit more vulnerable is key. There might be a twist (it misses, the dragon starts laughing and chokes on its own fire), but I bet you it will happen. There's no way they'd set that up and then have it fail completely. Especially as there are three dragons - at least one of them is expendable and would provide a big, shocking, highly-charged, emotional sequence.

Like I said there is a justifiable reason for including that scene other than certain dragon death.

Sepearately I agree that one of the Dragons may 'buy it'.

The other interesting area is whether others like the Whitr Walkers posses the ability to warg and control them..?

Or it could be the case that they shoot the Dragon with the spear but there massive and powerful that it doesn't work and they then realise there shagged!

It could be this, tbf no matter how powerful it looks... it would still be pretty tricky to hit a dragon. good job there are 3 dragons, might get 1 or 2 but im sure 1 will at least survive.

I have a feeling they will jill the two smaller dragons off leaving the big untamable one to go on arampage

If we were in the last episode then I'd say that's more likely. There's too much time left for Dany to steamroller through KL and take the throne.

Also think it's more likely Bran will be forced to warg into a dragon, perhaps if Dany refuses the call of the north. Hence "You will never walk again, but you will fly."

This for me. How many episodes this season? 10 or 12? There's only 7 in the final season, but 1.30hr in length

I think that big crossbow is just to make things interesting or cast doubt. I don't think we will see dragons burning the capital. More likely Dany will help her nephew that she doesn't know is her nephew and not only fucks him but the Wight walkers too. That's where the dragons will get taken out. Beyond the wall. An ice dragon. Exciting and scary shit
