The ridiculous scorecard aside was the result actually that crazy? I had Canelo just but there were a lot of close rounds.

    Not just me then.
  • When it comes to close rounds it's usually down to what you like. So despite having it 8-4 GGG I'm not massively surprised people had it closer, or even to Canelo by 1/2 rounds.
The issue people have is a scorecard like that, 10-2 to Alvarez.
I don't think even the most die hard Canelo fan can feel he only lost 2 rounds.
  • Canello gassed he was totally ineffective in the middle rds , the fast Start he made is the total opposite to his normal fight plan and he couldn't maintain it

Had he started as he normally does i think he would've won, his head movement and lateral movement meant that GGG missed more than I have seen

His counter attack choice was bourne from being tired and nothing else

No one can hurt GGG so you have to outbox him at a high pressure and make him miss , he made him miss but the pressure wasn't there

It will be a different fight next time rd but canello must rest and stay out of the gym environment for 4-6 weeks and then look at options the fight without doubt will be may

GGG has to stop him as he won't win on a card count so he also has to change tact the rematch should be as quality as this one and this was a tremendous fight one of the best I have witnessed two of the elite going at it testing each other like no one else has

GGG is Ivan Drago before rocky turned into super man

A total machine with a head and chin that's made of stuff that is unique
  • I just keep rewatching that monster punch Canelo landed flush on GGG and Golovkin not even moving, but not only that, the fucking terminator carried on walking him down, unstoppable
  • How did this guy predict what the judge would do on11/9/2017
  • 116-112 GGG.

    Infuriating, predictable scorecards corruption.

Why couldn't they just leave this fight alone?
  • Eubank Jr's next opponent even looks like a young Arthur Abraham he will have his work cut out with this kid

Odd pout from the Turk though

Lucky guess as he even admitted himself.

One thing I took away from the copperbox Saturday is that despite all the bad press Tyson Fury gets he spent at least half an hour having photos with fans. Didn't stop until everyone that wanted to have a pic had got one.

Had a chat to Leon McKenzie as well , seems to be in a good place right now .

  • Rio Ferdinand wants to turn pro.

Always interesting when someone attempt a different sport, like the time Ba had a go at football.

There is no more humble a boxer than Tyson a fine man and an even better boxer than he was ever given credit for

Top fella is Tyson and his brother Shane

Just saw Eggington lose his European welterweight title. Probably the right decision

The build up on this super series is truly awful, takes so long to get them to the ring and fighting

I thought Burns was the better fighter throughout, Crolla threw a lot but I don't think landed the quality punches Burns did
