Whatever belief the pricks had before this game will have been well and truly crushed after tonight2

Just need them to lose Saturday then they are going into the games against the teams round them where they can't afford to lose.1

Yes sorry. My original thought for a post was ‘suck that up your time wasting water bottle Hennessy’ so I must be mellowingFortune 82nd Minute said:

Yep and then win 4 in a row and be mid table and 10 points clear of relegation by Aprilclb74 said:Just need them to lose Saturday then they are going into the games against the teams round them where they can't afford to lose.

Bit worried that Chelsea will be thinking about Barcelona the following Wednesday, but they can't afford to give up on the league either.

Beginning to grow a soft spot for Man U, Cantona fly kick, stopped them winning the FA cup and just put a big dent in their survival hopes5

The last time a utd player jumped into the crowd at selhurst park, he got a 9 month ban!!1

Outstanding result for Palace. Thanks, Danny.

So I got in my car at five to nine and all they were going on about was how poor United had been and that PalARSE were well worth their lead. Grumbling I set off on the fifteen minute journey to Staplehurst station to pick up my eldest. On the way their Nigelville erupted into squeals of ecstasy as they scored their second and shortly afterwards my daughter phoned to say she had got on the wrong train at Tonbridge, she was actually on her way back to Tunbridge Wells. I told her I would pick her up there, rather than waiting for her to eventually show up at Staplehurst. For done reason my bad mood lightened considerably by the time we got back home. Having a ditzy daughter can sometimes be a blessing.4

Great goal from matic.
Glad they lost but palace were unfortunate0 -
I absolutely lost my mind when the Matic goal went in. I'm working in Ireland and was in a bar in Dublin....the barman made the assumption I was a huge United fan, but I soon set him straight and told him that I just fucking hate the Holmesdale virgins!14

And pardew.. with west bromChris_from_Sidcup said:The dream of both Palace and West ham being relegated lives on.
He is already trying to get sacked for the pay off and diffusion of relegated responsibility0 -
Crashed out early last night and missed the whole game, woke up to a text telling me the result and came on here to read through the whole game thread, hilarious reading. Love this. Hope they get absolutely toned by Chelsea to completely destroy confidence then lose in the last kick of the game to Huddersfield.
Of their last 9games, 4 are at home... Liverpool (3rd): Leicester (up there); Brighton (Derby, doing better and still fighting); West Brom (hope Pardew has gone and they are playing with no pressure with players looking to win contracts elsewhere).
BUT... the bottom 7 in the PL have won a total of 5 of their last 35 games, less than a game each in their last 5 games each. Woeful.3 -
Signed off at 2-0 to the jammiest feckers in English football...
Then
This morning...
ZIPPERDEE DOODAR ZIPPERDEE AYE... MY OH MY WHAT A WONDERFULL DAY!5 -
unfortunately there are some terrible teams down there, and palace can score anyway here's hoping.0

some really good 6 pointers coming up with the league title already over this will be the best games to watch.
1 -
Unfortunately looking at that, Palace have by far the easiest run in on paper facing just 2 of the top 6 and a likely already relegated west brom at home on the last day0
-
my only thinking was do you remember spurs a few years back got dicked by newcastle on the last game of the season who were already relegated.Chris_from_Sidcup said:Unfortunately looking at that, Palace have by far the easiest run in on paper facing just 2 of the top 6 and a likely already relegated west brom at home on the last day

Does anyone remember the "Palace relegation diary", it was this really detailed article every month in one of the fanzines (not VOTV) about a Palace relegation season? It was well done and really detailed

Huddersfield need at least six points from their next four games, otherwise they'll be in big trouble.0
