There is a chance it could clash with a potential England quarter final match.

In the unlikelyhood of that happening I will still be at Welling

F.I.F.A are aware of this & will reshedule the quarter-final if necessary.
We should be OK can't see Welling getting through the Group Stage

    I disagree.

I find the whole town quite intimidating and the people are rude.

What, are you talking about Welling ? Intimidating and rude ?
Where do you get that impression from ?

I know Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling will be gutted to miss the Welling match, and will instead have to make their debuts for us when they get back from the World Cup, probably in our friendly match in Beijing against Barcelona.

If England are playing at 3pm that afternoon, will decimate the crowd - not great planning having it that Saturday

England will already back home by then.

which makes it even stranger to have it on that day which I'm sure is a week earlier than normal.

IF the Belgian fucktard is still involved in the club a great bit of planning as we should be playing clubs of Welling's stature regularly, very very soon!

Clashes with a wedding. Gutted really as my boy was really looking forward to this. It's one of the only games I generally get to take him to each season.

Clashes with the Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle I do every year.
Pity as it would be a good boycott ender. If the sale goes through.

would make sense all round to have it the following week when it doesn't clash with a WC afternoon game

Best play it in Morley Windmills stadium in Perth, then watch the England quarter final on the plane home.
  • I'm sure it will be open to moving the kick off forward an hour or back to a 19:45. It's not like they would have 1000's of refunds to deal with.

TV won't allow that to happen, they'll make England play the next day. ;)

Win our group, then win our round of 16 game, we play our QF Friday at 7pm

Come second in our group, then win our round of 16 game, then we play our QF
    Saturday at 3pm

    All very, very, very hypothetical
