Kent on the other hand have had financial problems and lousy management and rely on home grown players and cheap signings. Plus very season we lose players to other counties. Much more like Charlton

To be fair you have half of London to get into your academy whereas Canterbury is a lot more isolated.0

2nd and 3rd go through to the quarters where they'll play the 3rd and 2nd place team from the other league. The 2nd place teams being at home
