Something I've been thinking about regarding the way the knock-out rounds work - I think it would be better for the competition if instead of having certainty of group A playing B etc you had a draw for the knock-outs - so all the group winners in one pot and all second places in another - would make it fairer and stop any perceived manipulation to try and play for second place if it seemed beneficial. Just a thought.7

Bit annoyed Russia went down to 10 though... will totally mess up the distance covered stats I was interested in having a look at at the end of the groups! Was going to be interesting considering the heat in Moscow today as well. Grrr0
