The main thing is to eradicate the wrestling in the area. The 2 second shirt pull may take longer to be penalised. We needed the pens shoot out for a bit of excitement.0

Russia managed another 36KM covered in 32 minutes of extra time. In terms of pure distance covered per minute that is a minimal if any "performance" drop compared to the 110KM in 98 minutes of football played previously.
Total distance covered for Russia 146KM will have to do a bit of research to see if a team has ever managed more than that in a game including extra time.
Also worth noting NO players down with cramp or injury in that time either.

Not quite true, I saw a player go down with cramp in the 80-something minute, also cramp usually happens most in the heat, do to salt lose.
