Well if they haven't pulled out what's holding things up now. If a price has been agreed and new investors found surely the legal teams from both sides could sort something out. I'm thinking it's not happening.

But what is happening, I suspect, is some stuff that is only being sorted because the Aussies have spent so much already that they don’t want to pull out at the final (very challenging) hurdle. If they did, I’m not sure anyone else is going to get involved by the sounds of it.
That is my major concern. If the Aussies pull out we will be stuck with Roland for at least another season. I hope your contact is correct and something happens soon. But I must admit I'm beginning to think the whole thing will collapse.

Wasn’t Airman suggesting that the middle of July was “the deadline” ? I suspect we have another ten days before we here anything positive or otherwise.

There has been a rumour going around that an Australian consortium is interested in buying CAFC but there has been little substance to support the rumour: unless that is, a strange looking man was seen wearing a red scarf at some random game last season (sighs....such a long time ago)

He suggested the second week of July is the deadline to complete the deal.

Both sides have said the latest story is not true.
Are we to presume that the mid July deadline is accepted by both parties and both are working towards that end ?
The deadline stuff came from the Belgian end only but the timing appears realistic at this stage.
Do you have any sort of info on where things are at airman? I know their was some hints of positive news a couple of weeks back regarding Aussies finding new backing
