    the blue fish is the red herring...... copy the picture and zoom in look all round the picture and you will see the answer!

    any clues for 23 with the owl and an equals sign?
    I think the numbers refer to previous answers which I have just painstakingly gone back and done again(!) but to no avail yet

    Save the pic and then zoom in - look at the fins of the fishes below the blue one! You need to zoom in far enough that a single fish pretty much fills the page!
