His actual ability I'm still not convinced on, DeGale looked absolutely ended from the first round and had none of the slippery movement he has had going back. I'm sure DeGale still has some fights in him but they wouldn't be at the level he should be at

I am a big Groves fan but felt he was gloating a bit in his summary of Degale which lacked a bit of class 

Joe Gallagher has piped up today reminding the world about cal smith 

put him out then Joe I think he has only had 2 fights in 2018 and that ain’t good enough

He looks so different in a suit out of fight mode his physical structure is long and gangly, his arm is definitely fkd aswell was holding it like a mannequin

And I completely agree with you about the heavyweights. The second the heavyweight division began to look moderately healthy the promoters do this. Always remember when listening to some maggot like Hearn he is not in it for the love of boxing but to make himself wealthier. Same as the rest of them

It’s a fight that I can’t call for more than two mins I think I have it sussed and worked out then I YouTube Spence or Mikey and that’s it all over again 

i think spence will be too big and too strong you have to worry for Mikeys ribs as the body is getting it 

but what if Mikey does the silky beautiful in and out back for front foot attacks that he can pull off and can pull it off within in the 3 mins often enough 

it’s a mouthwatering fight

Think it's going to be a shit fight in all honesty... Spence leans all over him and tires him out for 8 rounds and then knocks him out. Though I hope I'm wrong and Mikey puts on a masterclass, but Spence is huge for someone fighting at his own weight

Had a great afternoon at the MTK Brentwood event meeting up with our own @LewSmith94 and talking cafc boxing and banter, 

was there supporting my little mate Isaac Lowe in his first fight back after winning his international belt 

him letting my eldest do the ring walk with him and carry his belt was just unbelievably kind and respectful 

then a night out in sheesh with the boys from morcombe and Ben Davison was an eye opener 

Watching Ben from that close hand was an insight and privilege he is very professional and very much in control of the fight plan 

certainly knows his boxing and enjoys talking about it 

for people like me that’s the best thing about this great sport the access to the fighters their teams and the chance to talk at length and in detail is such an Honour

met Yarde In Sheesh last night as well very humble fella himself may have got him wrong certainly changed my opinion
