There is no need to worry, it is obvious that it will go through.. Rolly didn't even attend the game on Saturday.

Rothko said:The tests previously were a couple of forms and self-certifying you weren't dodgy, and the EFL have beefed it up because of the complaints, if it takes longer to get a better decision, then so be it0

Must be great to "stay calm" but since the day Murray let Curbishley walk away without using his knowledge to find a successor, a myriad of bad decisions have been made at boardroom level with the infrastructure and soul of Cafc dropping quicker than a Joe Denly dolly.
Bizarrely from the chaos of Murray losing his Midas touch to the six years of Duchatelet's tenure we had our golden moments on the field with the return of the prodigal sons Powell and Bowyer, more serendipity in Bowyer's case but while we had some success on the field as well as the relegations, Cafc were imploding.
13 years since the break up of Murray and Curbishley, not sure when Murray and Varney's relationship hit the rocks but behind the scenes some great staff have tried to steady the ship, but unfortunately we lost many overboard under the latter period of Richard Murray's ownership, the 3 amigos and finally Duchatelet's Disastrous 6 years where from utter darkness came the lighthouse which is Lee Bowyer and Johnnie Jackson.
Stay calm: I'm trying but waiting for the green light from the EFL as well the Marsden in Sutton that some tumours have been zapped, sure isn't making it easy for me to relax with a few complications thrown in (me and Cafc)
I can't wait for 2020 vision to unfold under East Street Investments. I will shed enough tears to float your boat and mine.

The one big thing that worries me is that the EFL were at one stage going to buy us following such demands made by Roland.
As they failed the fit and proper persons test, those in power at the EFL may now see this as a vengeful way of getting back at us by rejecting ESI's takeover bid.

It's a conflict of interests if the EFL interview our potential owners.
Maybe the EFL still want to buy us...4 -

If it doesn't go through then Matt Southall will be in for even bigger pelters than Andrew Muir got for rocking up in a Charlton scarf!18

Sebastian Sainsbury (not Jonathan). The threads from that time will be here, but what I recall was:Henry Irving said:And some people bleat about the Aussie bid dragging on for two years.
Assume this was the Jonathan Sainsbury bid in 2010 that also involved Lee Amis
Interview with Duchatelet? "Huh 1.5%, huh, none of it's my fault"
Good news about Cullen
- S. Sainsbury has nothing to do with the supermarket chain, and had done nothing of note in biz
- the bid had no wedge. It was "highly leveraged"
- it was all about moving to the Peninsula and financing the deal that way.
- Long before the phrase was even coined, Charlton Life was used to propogate a spectacular amount of disinformation around this bid and the rival one from the Spivs. Lee Amis was involved in that, that's how his handle was known, and how I came to meet him. A mysterious poster close to the Board was busy trashing this bid. One particular evening on here was one of the wierdest ever for those of us following the thread.
All of which makes me slightly uneasy to think that Matt Southall was involved, but it was 9 years ago. A lot has changed in the biz of football since then, not to mention land availability near the Valley.0 -

Is this wishful thinking or have you heard something?1 -
I reckon it’s gotta be close to being announced. He’s even got a picture of ‘Vote for Vince” on his profile
