It has largely been reported that we are owned by an Abu Dhabi consortium.
I do not believe any of the new board are Abu Dhabi nationals?
Kind of blows the theory that this is solely Nimers personal wealth.0 -

I hope ESI at least offer a decent Championship wage to try to keep him because losing one Talisman striker weeks after a takeover is poor, (Yann)to lose another would be yet another backward step. I accept that if he turns it down we should have more options now but every effort should be made to keep him.2 -

Without then, we could have been in league 2 rather than where we are right now.Great work and let’s keep the support for them, the club at current or even higher levels.4 -

years ago i bought myself two Belgium beers.
i like to thank myself during all this. yes some might say my saving of a certain Belgium beer for 5 years was mad. especially for someone like myself who is half an alcoholic. and yes when they said theres bits floating in it i still refused to open it. new years eve however i opened said beer. i had one sip and it was still as beautiful as i remember and i quickly got few the rest. Today i have opened the other bottle in celebration to the departing tosspot from our club and my god those bits never tasted so damn good.4 -
I’ve only just landed back in oz I. The last hour after a whirlwind trip home and Vietnam for New Years. Hopped online to see the news and immediately checked flights back to England, until the missus had a ‘quiet’ word!Congratulations to us all!!12

Am I the only one in anguish over this news. I mean, last two years I have done dry Jan and Feb. This year I even posted on CL I would do the same and now on only the second of January I am going to fail. Driven to drink by a Middle Eastern consortium seems a little ironic to me.
Get in. Delighted. Of the 4 who gave up their season tickets 2.5 years ago, 5 are coming back... We have picked up an extra!
