Graham Stuart.
Played over 150 games for us during our Premier League years and could get on the scoresheet from time to time as well.
But he never really seems to get mentioned with the attention going to the more glamorous names from that era - Parker, Jensen, Euell, Kiely etc.

Graham Stuart for sure2

I am of course, like others above me, referring to Radostin Kishishev.
Some may have realised that actually he wasn't bad when, well past his peak, he p***** all over the much vaunted Semedo and Racon when Brighton stuffed us 4-0 at The Valley.
Great player for us and gave his all for the shirt every time.
Could be Ferguson.

He could play a delightful through ball, seeing opportunities a good second or two before the likes of Lisbinho, but because the intended target was so slow seeing the chance it looked like a wasted ball from Kish hence why he used to get so much grief.
I loved the interview with him on Charlton Live a year or two back; either @LouisMend or @KillersBeard caught up with him when he was visiting The Valley on a matchday and he sounded on excellent form, still very passionate about football and Charlton and the bleeper had to be employed once or twice too!
Bugger me, where has the time gone?!1 -
Frazer Richardson? I still have a vivid memory of him bombing on from right back and setting up one of those first half goals in the second leg of our play-off against Swindon. Bit gutted he left for Southampton after one season.11

The season after Richo we had some kid from our youth team nailing down the right back spot. Whatever happened to that 5'3" (sic) lad ... ?0 -
Danny Hollands i thought was such an important part for us that season we won the league. very underrated15

Steve Jones always put a shift in.0

Another vote for Kish.
Every time someone around me was giving him stick (often) I would make sure they knew of my displeasure!2 -
Kishishev for sure in my lifetime. Graham Stuart was a good player too, a solid reliable player who was the epithomy of Curbs management style.
Since we got relegated from the Prem I would say someone like Bradley Pritchard. Used to get pelters around me but he had a great 18 months or so at a good level.

In recent times Buyens, Hayes and Motta0

Josh Cullen, he is already rated, but not enough, best player we’ve got comfortably for me.0
-
Derek Hales - I've never heard a good word said about him.2

Was Buyens underrated? I've never heard anyone slagging him off and most are appreciative of what he brought to the team.2
-
Matt Taylor...Centre half when we won promotion a few years back.14

Simon Royce. He never really got the chance to shine at Charlton but was an outstanding keeper.

There's a bit of support for Bryan Hughes here, but I found him the most frustrating of players. Made himself look busy on the pitch but achieved so little and seemed reluctant to make a tackle. Just my opinion ... maybe I'll run for cover too.0

Along with Kish. I would put Chris Perry very underrated2
-
Lawrie Madden, bit of a joke figure for us following a horrendous penalty miss into the Jimmy Seed stand. Went on to have a long, successful career with the Wendies in the top flight.
Stevie Brown, very underrated as a centre half I felt, Curbs seemed to prefer Carl Tyler for some reason and would often drop Brown even following consecutive MOM performances, which I thought was very unjust.3 -
Cory Gibbs, for some reason the crowd never really took to him...……...
Or got to see him for that matter.

Although much heralded by us Charlton fan I thin Richard Rufus was underrated in terms of his England credentials had he come through ranks at an Arsenal or Man United he would have had 50 plus England caps.

Also an Honorable mention for Chris Perry who I thought was outstanding in his time with us.6
