My beautiful wife of 33 years, my soulmate, my Jan, was diagnosed with that bastard C yesterday. It helped more than you can imagine with our Danny's victory so please think of her in your thoughts - and if you have a God, your prayers.

Life is trying its hardest to beat the Munros - but it won't succeed.
