Scenario - May 2021, last game of the season, Charlton guaranteed to finish 7th, Man City away at Charlton, needing 3 points to guarantee the title, you can see why they need to avoid any future issue!
Didn't/doesn't stop convenient 0-0 draws happening on the last day of Serie A!
There's also the possibility of Man City giving us first refusal on players and vice versa.
Not saying either of the above would happen but you would have to imagine it's something they have to consider. I doubt the conflict of interest is solely down to the source of the funds.
If my eldest bought Charlton and my youngest bought Palace (to liquidate them) then I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem as long as they could prove they were not both using my money.1 -

Did a bit of digging on this person - here are my notes:
Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan is top o the tree he is estimated to be worth of $15.0 billion (April 2011)[1][2]
He has a son - Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan – found two of them:
Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan (number 1)
He has been pictured numerous times on Instagram with Tahoon he is older than the second guy.
https://www.facebook.com/pg/Saeedbintahnoun/photos/?tab=album&album_id=283916105019369
Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan (number 1)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okbV1L8kdp0
one photo of them both together on Instagram feed. Nov 2017 referred to as Sheikh Tahnoun bin Saeed someone commented “Pray Abu Saeed”
NOTE THIS POINT: Tahnoon but referred to by Nimer multiple times as Tahnoun a mistake multiple times?
No he is indeed correct: well at least for one article I can find:
I then found this article which is interesting:
Zulfiqar Ghadiyali, CEO of the Private Office of Sheikh Tahnoon bin Saeed bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, said: “As the whole world and the economic landscape changes, we also need to look at the new trends, the tech-related disruptions. Are we ready?”
Hang on? Which one then? Old or young?
Zulfiqar Ghadiyali,
http://www.digitaljournal.com/pr/3957322
In his role as CEO of the private office of H.H Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, His Excellency promotes the Al Nahyan’s family values, with a broader outlook of an interconnected globalized, more tolerant and diverse world.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/h-e-mr-zulfiquar-z-ghadiyali-4717b5b/?originalSubdomain=ae
They both cant be CEO of the same thing but for different companies can they?
Lets look:
https://www.linkedin.com/in/h-e-mr-zulfiquar-z-ghadiyali-4717b5b/
Director at Private office HH Sheikh Zayed bin Saeed bin zayed Al Nahyan
This is not the same as Nimer – mystery solved.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/tahnoon-nimer-298122170/
Chairman at The Private Office of HH Sheikh Saeed Bin Tahnoun Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan

Stockport, United Kingdom
Definity confirmed that Nimer works for
Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan (number 1) also referred to as Sheikh Saeed Bin Tahnoun Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan
Who is Tahnoon AL NASIRAT then? In the UK you need to provide all sorts to start a business, Passport or ID is a requirement, so we can trust he wouldn’t be added as a director without confirmation I believe?
Companies house clearly shows him as being Syrian?
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/officers/A2Td6bvICZZp3D12qyqQEa0AHdI/appointments
Nationality
Syrian
Country of residence
United Arab Emirates
Occupation
Director
But his website contradicts this?
H.E. Tahnoon Nimer was born in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates
Born as in an made up name? could Nasirat be his birth name but he goes by another?

looks a lot different. – who owns this site?
Jacco van Seventer simple Whois shows us this.
So far everything seems to check out.
25th may 2018 site is taken down with a “coming soon sign” – then is changed to a wordpress site. 4th April 2019 I belie that’s the site we have now.
Why is this relevant? Jonathan Heller came along at this time.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonathan-heller-b726582/
Heller is very much all over this Charlton purchase he is director in the following companys:
Director Structure:
CHARLTON ATHLETIC HOLDINGS LIMITED
CHARLTON ATHLETIC FOOTBALL COMPANY LIMITED
EAST STREET INVESTMENTS LIMITED
MARSEILLE LOANCO LIMITED
SHELDONIAN HOLDINGS LTD
Back to Tahnoon AL NASIRAT what else could I find? NOTHING? Only Charlton related.
Wealth of Tahnoon AL NASIRAT- Unknown – I cant find anything about him never mind wealth.
Wealth of H.E. Tahnoon Nimer – Unknown - – I cant find any estimates.
Wealth of Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan (number 1) - Unknown – I cant find any estimates
Summery:
It is my opinion that Al Nasirat changed his name at some point when he moved to UAE – to Tahnoon Nimer, This isn’t uncommon in the middle east. (it was highlighted to me that perhaps his mum and dad were Syrian hence he is Syrian DUH) Another option is the name with company’s house is FAKE, doubtful but you never know. He is a close associate to the royal family specifically Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan. We know the royal family are worth a fair bit however how much of that has trickled down? Looking at his Instagram he certainly seems to get about and his son is very well educated. I think he is 50% real, the other 50% could have been fake it till you make it mentality. Prior to 2006 he was involved with http://www.emirates-focus.com cant do a wayback on this site, but first cache was 2011. Other than that he was a ghost when it comes to the online stuff.

"It is my opinion that Al Nasirat changed his name at some point when he moved to UAE"
He was born in the UAE, and aside from the years he studied in the US, he's always lived there.0 -

Do you have any evidence to back this up? why is his nationality Syrian? also, have you found any evidence of his time in the US? It would be very helpful.

@77redarmy77
I did similar yesterday, I am fairly certain he is genuine.
You know he could have been born in the UAE to Syrian parents.
Al Nasirat to Nimer or Nemer as it is sometimes spelt (that poster in Goa) is the bit I was most unsure of. I would assume his name change may have been a way to leave his past behind him. An understandable move for people of wealth from Syria given the political situation there over the last twenty plus years.
He could actually be Tahnoon Nimer Al Nasirat.
A bit of research shows there was a refugee camp once called the "Al Nasirat Camp" but that appears to be to do with Palestine... Couldn't find much more than that though.0 -
Nick Alexander looks like he deserves a smack and I don't even know who he is.5

I think he should send Seren over for crunch talks with me0

I think it is very important given the latest shit we are living through to fact check all this crap - I won't waste my time with Matts crew. I'm still not convinced or have seen any evidence that Nimer has substantial wealth - Just because you work for people or associated with them doesn't mean you have the same wealth. I also can't find any mention that the family he works for wants to get into football except the young guy - which let's face it, we are now 4 levels down the ladder. how much can he have?

if you look at Zulfiqar Ghadiyali, he is proud of his Uni in the US on linked in - I would have thought Nimer would have similar. it is a strange thing IMO - you can create a website and write whatever you want about yourself - hardly fact-checked.

I can't see where Nemer/Nimer has his own wealth. I'd guess he's investing on behalf of Sheikh Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan and/or Sheikh Tahnoon bin Saeed bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan.

Please don't get hung up on Arabic names. All Arabs have a chain of names rather than the English given name/surname structure. This chain of names has five distinct parts & any individual can choose to use all, or various parts of this chain to refer to themselves in different circumstance. So it is highly likely that Tahnoon Al Nasirat and Tahnoon Nimer are the same person; he is just using different parts of his chain of names for different purposes.
The confusion between Tahnoon & Tahnoun can also be ignored, as when translating from Arabic to English it is based on the sound of the name, not any particular spelling; so both Tahnoon & Tahnoun are correct English translations of the same Arabic name.9 -

Again look at Zulfiqar Ghadiyali job description when he held the same as Nimer but for another member of the fam.:

That's all fine, look I'm not trying to discredit the man here, i just want to try and put together Facts that we can see. You have to speculate and dig to get that sometimes.

A few things
- Appy Addicks post last night was pretty convincing.
- The UAE has only really existed since 1971, and that borders in the middle east, are porous, so being born in Syria, but then having all your life in the Emirates, is completely possible.
- Ghadiyali website and the ADBD site shows there is a serious lack of web design talent in the UAE
