    Lamb Roast
I use gousto most weeks. It allows a novice like me who can just about knock up a beans on toast to cook some proper tasty meals. This is todays dinner.

Just had a gorgeous lamb roast, potatoes, peas, carrots, French beans, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire pud  and gravy.

Followed by chocolate fudge cake and cream.

Seems Lamb is the order of the day and I can confirmed we had Lamb Shanks with all the trimming followed by a Cadbury's Cream Easter Egg. Half the big egg each and 1 x cream egg.

    Burp!!

I had a Beyond Burger, which I'd never cooked before, with a fried egg on top. I forgot to get veggies when I went out, but did have a bit of avocado. It was delightful. Happy Goy Passover everyone <3
