Charlton Athletic Football Club. Thanks for the hundred years of league football

Sadly reckon Bowyer will leave. Need a huge turnover to be competitive next season. Apparently we overachieved with Grant, Taylor and Aribo in league 1. Got no one of that ability next year.0

Bowyer deserves the opportunity to manage elsewhere. Been an absolute credit to Charlton.25

We really do have the feel of a club that needs to go away and start again from scratch. Top to bottom.
The championship is not the place to be doing that11 -
it was only bowyer that kept me interested and I'm sure he will be off1

We’ve got a worse team going back into league one than when we left it!
I can’t see how we come back from this.4 -
Going from the euphoria of last May to this is soul destroying, only 22 so haven't suffered nearly the same highs and lows as anyone else, but having been a supporter since birth this is the most worried and worst I've eevr felt. Genuinely feels like we'll be going into next season without being able to field a senior 11, and that's terrifying.13

McGeady won't be back.1

And probably quite a few still in contract.se9addick said:

It'll be like Woolworth's closing down sale: everything must go.0 -

Oshilaja | Lockyer | Pearce | Purrington
Morgan | Lapslie | Oztumer | Doughty
Bonne | Aneke
Davison on the bench
Is how we'd hopefully look worst case, wouldnt be confident of keeping those in bold though!!2 -
Gallen. 😩0

Bowyer will take Jackson and Marshall with him to Birmingham, I reckon.1

Unless we can resolve the ownership quickly so that whoever is in charge can sign or re-sign players, we're going to be embarrassingly bad next seasonMendonca In Asdas said:We’ve got a worse team going back into league one than when we left it!

Jackson has wanted the job for ages. Was determined to get it before Russell Slade but didn’t go his way. Jacko would love to manage the club and I hope he would get the chance._MrDick said:Bowyer will take Jackson and Marshall with him to Birmingham, I reckon.

All of the ESI vermin - can't prove source and sufficiently of funds and never will.7

We're in a worse state than when we were relegated in 2016 and we were in a terrible way then.
If we're even able to compete next season, avoiding relegation to League Two will be a reality.4 -
Total rebuild with Varney and Barclay in charge. Please god.15

Last time we went down we were able to sell the likes of Pope | Gudmundsson | Cousins even HendersonMartinCAFC said:We're in a worse state than when we were relegated in 2016 and we were in a terrible way then.

We then got £11m for Lookman and £1m (?) for Fox a few months later
Roland still had his teeth in the club and Meire was still around but feel we're much worse off this time7 -
Sadly exactly how I see it. Can it only be 14 months since that amazing day at Wembley. I really worry that was a last hurrah unless something changes very soon. It's not the relegation that has me depressed. It's what the future holds.Mendonca In Asdas said:We’ve got a worse team going back into league one than when we left it!

League One doesnt overly scare me - Bolton put up a good fight and may well have gotten close to surviving had the season completed
We're going into next season with a better squad than what they started with, whilst it'll be a miracle if we challenge towards the top I dont think we'll be worrying about another relegation scrap next year0 -
Yes, if they own the club and the ground.Valley11 said:Total rebuild with Varney and Barclay in charge. Please god.3
