  • Saw a tweet that said to think of this like a game of cricket, they may be doing well now but we have to wait for Kreamer to step up and hit a few of her own 6's

I just f**king hope he did. It should have been spelled out in black & white what any injunction to mid Nov would do. Really don't think MM was the right person to be supply evidence.

    .
  • Also depends if the judges truly agree with Chaisty's argument at the moment
  • RedRyan said:
“No evidence put forward that EFL embargo will change if the injunction refused, says Chaisty. Mihail suggests club will be expelled if Elliott owns club but cannot be a relevant person under EFL rules. Chaisty says this ignores commercial position for LD.“

wasn’t the evidence of an imminent sale the reason we had to have the short term injunction in place? And now there’s no evidence that things will change - when a sale taking place would stop the embargo. Slimy flip flopping fucker.
Im sure that LK will bring this point up 🤞

Steve Gallen's evidence criticised for making statements as if they are based on fact. Gallen not now a director of the club, Chaisty tells judges. Gallen explains reason for embargoes, and suggests that cause of them remaining is Elliott's disqualification.

So far, the judges aren't doing anything more than exploring and understanding Chaisty's angle. You can't really read into anything until Lauren has had her say.

I know LK still has to give her side of things but this isn't looking good to me

Just like the first half last time.

LJ Lewison says not down to Elliott, underlying documents show that ESI has failed to satisfy source and sufficiency of funds. LD hasn't reached that stage with the EFL.
  • Honestly, I can't understand people getting themselves all worked up over things looking bad before our side has even had a chance to speak. If you're that worried then you're probably better off tuning out until both have spoken and the judges start summarising.

I wonder if today is the day the court is told ESI no longer own the club

LJ Lewison making clear that EFL embargo is down to ESI not passing the governing body's criteria. Chaisty - source and sufficiency of funding for PE has not been dealt with yet. "Mr Gallen is confusing my client with ESI when he says they've had seven months to provide EFL."

Blaming MM is like blaming the 15 year old right back when we get hammered in November when the injuries and suspensions kick in.

It's the fault of the people that put them in that position.

Chaisty says Gallen has confided his client with ESI. Gallen says had several months to supply the info, but Chaisty says they have not had that opportunity.

Can’t tell if this is good or bad.

It sounds bad. But if the problem is with ESI then selling ASAP is the best (only?) way to resolve it...right?

  • So Sandgaard has sorted out source of funds with the EFL and is just waiting for the ODAT

LD havent bothered sorting out the source of funds as they cant pass the first... Organised bunch arent they

If people can stop saying, ’this isn’t looking good’ it’s only been going 30mins so that doesn’t yet paint the whole picture!

LJ Males asks what happens if Panorama does suffer damages by losing sales, what evidence do we have that LD would be good for any damages? Not a difficult question. Does it have any assets?

If only the EFL had time to fail Elliott’s appeal......
