I think he is technically right, I was surprised how much focus on it Pearce allowed.PeanutsMolloy said:
"Chaisty said undue consideration was given to Charlton Athletic"
And this is the QC for Elliottttt, who claims to be committed to CAFC for footballing reasons.

            He just baffles,
It's very textbook, and definitely feels that way.
Tell him to shut up and sit down. Lol0 -
It's gonna be a long hour. Fucking hell.4

            Chaisty, just shut up.4

If hypocrisy was a useable argument in law then Chaisty would be out in the streets in seconds. Its mind boggling that they get away with this shit3

Not to be a downer but I'm pretty sure they'll favour an injunction for LD. This is going to November lads6

I am taking comfort from TS being very relaxed about this3

Maybe because PM couldn't be bothered to provide evidence?stoneroses19 said:I’m confused why the judge is saying this is the first he’s heard of any liabilities due to the club purchase. Surely he realises the club and its full content isn’t actually only worth a pound.
If there was any evidence to help the cause LK would have insisted on it being produced. PM are a complete disaster and LD are just leeches that show up after a quick killing.
Freshfields and TS with have a plan B what ever the outcome.1 -

            Not worried about this.
His repeating himself and there's no evidence.
Just words
Guy talks more then my mother and that's a hard job to do1 -
So what's the prediction? I say (positively, for once!) that nothing new came to the table and therefore...………….PM will win.

On balance, I think I would be happier if MM didn't stay as CAFC's lawyer, after TS takes over.23

            Pm will win this
Don't feel nervous at all2 -
Would two judges hang one of their own out to dry on the evidence of two bent outfits?3
 -
LD making the same argument again. They say Judge Pearce put too much emphasis on Charlton but they haven't proved it. Surely it is their opinion only.0

For what reason though? What has Chaisty said today that makes Pearce original decision incorrect?ElliotCAFC said:Not to be a downer but I'm pretty sure they'll favour an injunction for LD. This is going to November lads5 -

On what basis? What have LD bought up that Judge Pearce ignored/misinterpreted the first time? They've disagreed with his view but done very little to actually prove it wrong by letter of the law.ElliotCAFC said:Not to be a downer but I'm pretty sure they'll favour an injunction for LD.
