I would be supprised if any of them start every game. If they score 50 goals between them, which isn't impossible, isn't that the same as having 2 20 goal a season strikers plus 10 from their understudy?

Good post, and as you say too early to tell either of your three selections of criteria, so no one can expect a player to reach the "holy grail" of 20. But as per my post, Bowyer and all of us can hope that is possible, but at the same time expect at least one of the, at least to reach near that figure. So, let's just hope that all of our "fab 4" indeed do aspire to each of your criteria, and if i may add a fourth.

But you can only say that because he didn't get injured. Unless he specifically got injured after January.
If Taylor had done his ACL instead of JFC we would probably have got a striker on loan instead of Cullen. That striker could have scored none or 30.
Any 3 of the strikers we started that season could have got 20+ goals, if like Taylor, they had played most of the games.
The problem u have with frees atm, is convincing players to sign for 2.5 bags when they have been on min 7

Because he’s a talented boy who done very well at Coventry on loan at this level. He also kept Conor Chaplin out of their side on a fairly regular basis for half a season. It meant Chaplin had to play elsewhere. Enobakhare is young, quick and has shown he can be really dangerous at this level. That’s why I think he could potentially be a great signing.
I said we wouldn't sign another striker. I agree we need defensive cover. Neither Pearce or Deji are good enough if our current crop get long term injured.

Famewo, being the left sided centre back, has had an excellent start, but Pearce is most definitely good enough for this level.
I think it would also be unfair to say Oshilaja isn’t either, how many games has he played for us at this level in his best position with a proper partner and in a proper back 4, with a proper team in front of him? Absolutely none.
What is the value of using team statistics on a field of 22 players + 2 managers to correlate to an individual performance? Personally, I'd rather assess the individual, and the game is still a game of opinions and not run by people like Driesen. I don't think these players are good enough, that's my assessment, it's the beauty of the game that we will disagree, but more and more these days people on here are using stats as if they are the final answer over personal opinion. It is still a game decided by the eye, and it likely always will be.

That’s what they’re there for, stats are used to back up an opinion, that’s all. Doesn’t make it right or wrong.
We are at League One level now, where much of both Pearce and Oshilaja have played at their careers. And to success too. Pearce has been captain of two promoted clubs at this level for example. Neither are really quite good enough for the Championship, but I do believe it’s very unfair to say they’re not good enough for League One.

If we had signed a centre back this summer who has had the record of Pearce, everyone would be over the moon. We have to remember that Famewo hasn’t even played 5 games for us yet. He’s had a great start with us and deserves the praise. But, it’s my opinion that, we have more than adequate replacements for this level when they’re fit.

Seeing as fairly often there are no 20 goal strikers in league one (there was only one last year), and with the other constraints it's totally unrealistic to expect us to find one, and bemoaning the lack one of want smacks of looking for something to moan about. Might as well go complain that you didn't win the lottery this week and the unicorn you requested to come shit gold on your lawn never arrived.
